I always know I'm buying from a trustworthy, independent vendor when I shop on Garmentory. The pieces have always arrived on time (early, even), in perfect condition and often with a sweet note.

Item was exactly as expected.

I recently purchased a HVISK bag via Garmentory and for some reason, the advertised discounted sale price that was listed at the time was not honoured due to what I can only assume was a technical fault at point of sale. I emailed Garmentory immediately once I received my order confirmation, with a screenshot of the price as they requested me to do and my order number and just asked them to honour the advertised price and they are refusing to. They took so long to reply to my email that now I can’t cancel because it’s already dispatched. I’d just like a partial refund to honour discount they advertised and that I qualified for. It’s been such a disappointing experience. I forwarded my complaint to the third party seller Rikuku who are listed as the the shop who stocked it to see if they can help even though the onus is on Garmentory to honour their advertised sale price and they just said I need to contact “Azelea”. I’m honestly so confused and not convinced this isn’t a complete scam operation and having read the messages on the Garmentory Instagram of other misfortunate customers it’s almost looking much like it is, lots of poor experiences. I wish I had done my research prior to purchase. My order number is R326808623. Can I please just have the 10% discount your website promised. Thank you. :( Update: My partial refund has been issued. They sell cheaply made product at a high price. The quality of the dress is similar to plastic and yard ground cover. It was my first time shopping at garmentory and also the last time. Stop. Scamming. Customers!
