We had been looking to sell our timeshare for some time and I discovered Timeshare Specialists while scrolling through listing on eBay to see what other sellers were doing. We were concerned about disreputable companies that claim to sell timeshares, so we did our homework. Once I found so many people recommending Timeshare Specialists in the comments on eBay, I checked Better Business Bureau and other review sites. All positive. Dallas was honest and communicative throughout the process. It couldn't have been easier. We thought it would take 6 months to sell our tri-annual timeshare, but we got lucky and it sold within 2 and half months. We are very happy with the results.

My husband has gone blind so we are no longer travelling. For that reason, we wished to dispose of our timeshare at The Jockey Club Las Vegas. After a couple of false starts, we discovered Timeshare Specialists who turned out to be very professional. If I could hit the "like" button 200 times I would. :-) My only negative comment in this review is simply about myself, and why I didn't know about or look harder for Timeshare Specialists SOONER in my Timeshare elimination journey.) They did a great job of explaining the entire process to me up front, how long it would take (a few months), how much it would cost, and when I would need to pay. AND...maybe one of the best parts...is that they did not require the final fee from me until they had all of the paperwork in place and ready to go. It was so refreshing to work with an organization that communicated so well and got the job done. ****HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED***** I did learn that it is best to start the transfer process early in the year and of course have all of your maintenance fees totally caught up. If you wait until late in the year my impression was that it would be harder to transfer the deed simply because maintenance fees would be coming due again "soon" and this makes is less attractive for a prospective buyer? During the entire process, I worked with Brendon at "Timeshare Specialists" and Liz at "Resort Closings" and both of them answered ALL of my emails, kept me informed at each step, and I even had a one on one phone calls with both Brendon and Liz to answer some questions that I had early on in the process. (As a matter of information, my understanding is that "Resort Closings" does all of the closings for Timeshare Specialists, so this is who I communicated with during the entire process once we got started. So I just wanted to clarify that the two companies are pretty much one and the same as far I was concerned as a customer). We signed up with Timeshare Specialists late in the year, but we didn't really get started with the "hands on" process with Resort Closings until late February / early March. I received a confirmation from my resort by mid to late June informing me that the deed was fully transferred (kudos to them). My understanding also is that some resorts take more time to get the work done on their end so you have to be patient. Thank you for a job well done.
