I have heard of people being paid for their timeshare but I don't know if that really happens. We did have to pay to get rid of it, but it is a relief to be shed of it! Timeshare Specialists were very professional and it was an easy process.

Many thanks and appreciation to Resort Closings on the disposal of our timeshare. They were able to process us out of ownership in almost 4 months, (something we couldn’t do in 24 years). We are very happy that we met a satisfied customer who referred us. Special thanks to Resort Closings' Liz and Franz for guiding us through the process. Next, we have some timeshare points to dispose of; and Resort Closings is our first choice. We were concerned at first, (we had been ‘burned’ by other timeshare sales cons). Now that we are on this end of the transaction, the only criticism we have is of ourselves. We should have looked longer and harder to find Resort Closings - a company that performs as well as they say they will.

My sale was completed in a timely manner. All questions were answered. No hidden fees. No money charged until sale was completed.

This is a real way to get rid of your timeshare!!! They do sell it. You do have to pay some money up front but the check is not cashed until the deal is being done. Customer service was top-notch. Not a sleazy place like you think timeshare sales will be!
