I was contacted immediately after leaving a message. After a few weeks, paperwork was filled out and a short time later, everything was completed! Easy and efficient.

This was truly a blessing. I looked up this company and realized that they had been on the news and several tv shows. This company was awesome and they give you a website to be able to look on and keep up with the progress. Whenever I emailed them I always got a response. They will keep you informed every step of the way.

We started the process of getting rid of our timeshare through Lonestar Transfer and very quickly Resort Closings started the ball rolling and it was a very fast transfer from getting out of our timeshare! We have never done this before, so we didn't really know what to expect? We were told it could take server months. It has only taken a couple of months. A much shorter time that we could have ever thought. They sent us emails to let us know how the transfer was progressing. They were very quick and professional in letting us know what was going on. I would highly recommend them!!!!

We had three timeshares of which we wanted to dispose. Working with Timeshare Specialists was easy and clear. If any questions arose, I would send an e-mail and promptly receive a reply. My only criticism is requiring us to pay 9 months of maintenance fees upfront. Considering how long the transaction took, six months would have easily been sufficient.

Time share was becoming greater burden, never could get location desired and even getting home location book was never possible after. 10 years trying. On first day on New Years, somehow, it was always booked. Got some use but time to leave it. This group did very good job to transfer assets out of my name and get rid of burden. I would recommend without doubt compared to many out their that try to take money but never do anything to ease the burden.

Ive purchased timeshares from Timeshare Specialists many times. Whenever Ive been asked, "who can I trust in the timeshare industry?" I always recommend Timeshare Specialists. Thats not to say there have never been problems; There have been a few. The measure of good service isn't the number of deals that go through smoothly. The measure of good service is how they deal with the problems. In my case the few problems we've had, have always been resolved to my satisfaction

i have used John Kushman to purchase timeshares and to help people vacate their liability of their timeshares, they no longer use. I cannot stress he is one of the most awesome men that I have worked with. I highly recommend him. He is very accurate and quick to close and no playing around he delivers what he promises. I cannot stress so many people that will drag you along and take your money and not get anything done in timely manner, john kushman is not that. He is honest and more important quick and accurate.

I was scared and nervous at first. There are so many scams out there and some cost a lot of money. The process was effortless and painless. I recommend them! Thank you for helping us get rid of our timeshare.

I did my research and this company was the most legitimate I could find to transfer 2 timeshares we were not using. Be patient because it takes time and is moderately expensive but it is totally worth the price and wait. Everything went as they said it would. No surprises. Do not expect the timeshare to be cooperative or responsive to communications during this process. Have proof of your payments etc..., deeds and everything that you will need to do this. I had all that and my transfer went very smooth.

I looked at many ways to divest myself of a timeshare that I had owned for 20 years. I knew that it would either be a pain in the neck, or cost me money to have someone else take care of it for me. After talking to the Timeshare Specialist, and discovering that they are in Montana, I decided to trust them. They bought my timeshare from me, for a fee. It was worth it. It was quick and easy to understand. I am so glad that I no longer have a timeshare to worry about, and no annual fees to pay. Timeshare Specialists were definitely worth it, and can be trusted.

FROM AN MBA AND AN ATTORNEY: I GIVE THEM UNRESERVED TWO THUMBS UP. Step One. Admit you were scammed when you bought your timeshare, even though you went into it with eyes wide open. Yes, you knew better, but you wanted to believe the promises, and you wanted to believe how easy it would be to just resell the property if it did not meet your expectations. Yes, we're all suckers some of the time. No exceptions. Set your shame aside and focus on your objective: To dump your timeshare. Step Two. Admit that it's going to cost you something to dump your timeshare. Your "maintenance fee" has risen from $300 to $500 to $700 or more. The property is getting older. In the coming years, the maintenance fee will go higher while the attractiveness of your "property" will go lower. It will become harder, not easier, to dump your timeshare. Factor in not only the maintenance fees, but your time, hassle, frustration, and stress every year when you get the maintenance fee bill and shell out your hard-earned bucks to a wealthy developer for a vacation you'll never take. Would you pay the next four years of maintenance fees if you were guaranteed never to have the hassle again? If so, then GREAT! You have successfully passed through steps one and two of the "timeshare grief" cycle. You are realistic, and it's time to proceed. Step Three. Contact Timeshare Specialists now. The process to transfer your timeshare will take some time. They make it easy for you -- they pull up contracts, do the legal drafting, file the papers, etc. All you have to do is to sign the documents, maybe get one or two notarized, and they handle the rest. Expect the entire process to take four to six months. No one is dragging their feet. As an attorney, trust me that four to six months is reasonable. What that means is that you want to contact them well before your next year's maintenance fee comes due, so you can avoid yet another payment. Step Four. Sing the papers they send you. Read them, have them reviewed by an attorney if you must. (Always sound advice, especially if you are unsure what you are signing). Step Five. Give them some processing time, and within a few months, you should get notice that you are FREE from your timeshare! Check in with them every few weeks if you want to know where they are in the process. My experience is that they have always promptly returned my e-mails. I was assigned two specific individuals to work with, and they were always available by e-mail and phone. When you receive the message that you are FREE from your timeshare, you will have a religious experience. Step Six. Don't think too hard about who's profiting from what or from whom -- I personally don't know if Timeshare Specialists are selling the same properties out the front door to poor saps like me who will later be their customers at the back door. Focus. Your objective is to get out of the scam you were in, and Timeshare Specialists can do that. Go on with life, enjoy your friends and family, and rest comfortably that you know you will run away from products in the future that have to be aggressively marketed.

Easy to communicate with... They were patient in regards to explainnng the process and proving their integrity. It did cost me to release my timeshare but knowing that I'll never be bothered again with a maintenance fee was SO well worth it!

It's a bitter pill to realize that you are no smarter than tens of thousands of others who have been taken in by the "bordeline fraudulent" (my term) Timeshare Machine. And to discover that you have to pay your way out of that mess (instead of even selling at a loss, like you had resigned yourself to) is another bitter pill. That said, having paid the transfer fees to Timeshare Specialists and gotten that recurring financial monkey off our back is a great feeling of relief. This year we can look forward to using our travel budget to go where we want to instead of paying for upkeep on a place we never much used. thank you, TS. you're about as welcome as a dentist. But when an extraction is called for, it's a breath of fresh air to find someone in the timeshare industry who does just what they said they would do,

It wasn't a pleasant experience but it did go pretty smoothly and we are happy to be rid of our timeshare. A little pricey but no more timeshare fees for us, so in the long run we will come out ahead. Communication was good. I would recommend to others who don't mind paying to get rid of their timeshare.
