the transfer process is clearly explained. The customer rep was responsive for phone calls and emails. only one thing was not very satisfactory -- timing. It took more than 6 months to get my timeshare transferred out of our names. However, it might be the resort side issue not Timeshare Specialists.

True as advertised. There were no hidden fees. After 20 years of tried and failed listings and “donations,” and money lost. We are finally free of our timeshare. The process was simple and straightforward. I would recommend anyone stop trying to “recoup” any money from timeshares and free yourself by going with Timeshare Specialists!

Dallas was great over at timeshare specialists explained the process to me and sent me over to their partner company Resort Closings (same building, same company). Liz then took over my account at Resort Closings told us exactly what the process was going to be to liquidate our bluegreen timeshare that we did not want anymore. The whole process started on December 11th and was completely finished by April 22nd. Liz told us exactly the timeframe and kept us up to date with their online tracker. They found a buyer for our timeshare and sent the paperwork with instructions for us to complete. The process cost a bit of money but was definitely worth it and we'll recoup the money after 2-3 years of maintenance fees we would have had to pay anyways. I would recommend timeshare specialists and resort closings to anybody.

I would give Timeshare Specialists a 5 except for their fee. To me, that's a lot of money to dump a timeshare. Having said that, I'm sure their fees are no worse than any other company. After the positive sale of my timeshare I had to reach out to them one more time regarding points my resort prematurely took from me. They had no reason to get involved but they did and in fact exceeded all of my expectations. I heard directly from the CEO and can only say WOW caring concerned and competent.
