I sought advice on the phone to be sure the product was right for the job. This was pleasantly and clearly. All of the order was not available but I was informed by text at every stage of the progress of the orders and the delivery times. Well done.

Lights look fabulous on the wall. Delivery could have been a little smoother, but everything arrived safely.

rang these to order over the fone,,,,i was asked (nicely mind) if i could order over the fone..ok i was expecting to order there n then,, maybe thats my age and the way things were done in my era,,anyway took me a few minutes to enrol,,,ordered my light, n that was it,,i had emails galore, and texts telling me where it was, when delivery was and even who the drivers name was,,it actually arrived 10 minutes early,,,,,,what can i say,,,brilliantly organsied,, and a very big thank you whoever you are at luma!!,boss man,, the kids deserve a raise, :o)

A lovely light. Very bright and just the thing for the stairs/landing. I was so pleased with the first one that I have purchased 2 for my kitchen/dining room. Such an improvement on the old fluorescent tube style but just as bright. Great service and delivered as was promised.
