The customer service has been very helpful. I needed to other some replacement parts for my scooter, it was sent out the next day and arrived with me 2 days later.

I received delivery of my Furo X folding bike a couple of weeks ago. It is absolutely great and really quick & easy to set up (the instructions are super-clear). The thing that I am most impressed with so far is the fantastic build quality and the attention to detail in its design. It really is a beautifully engineered machine. Everything fits perfectly and solidly, and it's an absolute joy to ride. You barely even notice how the power comes into play, it just feels like you've got bionic legs! I love it.

The scooter is great sturdy, well built and it's a lot of fun to ride. Only reason I didn't give a five star is the delivery was a long wait which would have fine if i would have got some regular updates as to what was happening instead of me having to contact the company to get update on more then one occasion. Overall happy with the product!

I can understand customers getting hot under the collar re delivery of your bike.I ordered my Furo X in May for delivery in July it was only a week late. But guys, your wait will be worth it, great product well finished, and great to ride, could have sold it 100 times over, always makes locals ask question. Cliff Wray

I have been waiting three months for my bike so far. Ordered in July with the original delivery date being early September. In September I was given an excuse about shipping issues and that the bike would be arriving by end October. Following no further update, I checked the tracking service today and the delivery date has been moved to end of November with no explanation or reasons given or sent by email. Beware!

Finally got my FUZE! Really happy with it!! Definitely holds the speed I was looking for. Having said that, I experienced some delays in delivery - customer support was very responsive tho. THanks !

The scooter arrived later than expected but not by much, however you don't receive updates on expected delivery, the worst bit however is one of the Allen key bolts for a brake lever was missing so I will need to buy one somewhere not knowing what size it is as the lever isn't secure also the hole to attach the headlight bracket is dried wonky and its a terrible design and shakes loose

Just like others, I ordered a Furo X Max back in June and the initial delivery date was the second half of September. Before that date, I received an email informing about a delay, and so the bikes would be arriving in England by mid-October. After contacting their CS team they informed me they are now expecting the bikes to arrive by mid-November. Their tracking website mentioned this would be by the end of November, which was confusing. After a few emails they confirmed it should be Mid-November. By December 6th, and still no bike. Below are the summarized updates. Mid-November: Their order tracker is updated stating that the bikes will arrive on November 19th but the shipping should happen towards the end of November. November 19th: No update, but their tracker is updated in November 20th. Stating that the bikes arrived and are waiting to go through customs and the delivery should still happen towards the end of November. I contact their team to know how long the customs process take and they stated that since the arrival to the port, the bikes should be shipped within 5-10 working days. November 26th: Their team emails me to confirm that the bikes are still held at customs. The bikes won't be delivered towards the end of November. November 30th: Their tracker is updated and they confirm that the bikes are now at their warehouses and the tracking numbers should be issues within 3-4 working days. December 4th: The tracking numbers haven't been issues in their entirety, supposedly they are waiting for a remaining 30% of tracking codes to be issued. They state this should be within the next 1-2 working days. They have confirmed several times that the delivery, after issuing the codes, should happen within 2,3 working days. After a couple more of emails, I finally got the tracking code and the bike arrived on December 14th. 6 months after the order was placed. The customer service team, Eliott (CEO) and Manzi, have been good, very responsive, and I can understand the whole global situation has surely impacted, what it appears to be, a small company. At a first glance the bike seems very well built, albeit some minor "cheap" details, like the pedals or the rear light; the carbon frame is beautiful and the brakes and gears seem very good quality. I'll emit a clearer judgement after a few rides, but so far, the changing delivery dates and the unfulfilled expectations, have affected severely my experience.

Had to wait a while for delivery but this was due to coroavirus problems. The scooter was every thing I expected. East to assemble Unit is virtually complete just required nuts tightened. Really pleased with performance and ease of riding.

The bike is a great build but unfortunately, there is no way that they sent me the Fuze MAX: 12Ah 576Wh 55km. I have only travelled 20km to date and have had to charge the battery 3 times as it completely drained. The speed has never gone over 24kmph even though the tires are at the right pressure. My £240 Kuzoo soccer went faster and performed better on small hills as this one struggles on the slightest of inclines. Their communications are non-existeaant. They never answer their phones or call back and when they do email you, its more like their emailing their mates on whatsapp as opposed to a professional email. I have asked them to arrange to send me what I paid for otherwise I will be escalating this to their credit company as a fraud/misrepresented its goods or services.

Ridden my FUZE MAX for a week and delivered on all I expected. Build quality, speed, stability and power are very impressive. Very nice support team as well, special thanks to Manzi!
