Tonight I received exceptional service from Emma Wilson. She has sorted out a problem in super quick time. My E ticket had not been sent to me and I was having concerns but she dealt with my problem, and sent it out by the end of her shift. (11pm) She then called me to check I had received it. I can’t write how impressed I am with Emma and the service she provided. Thank You Emma

Paid GLOBAL FLIGHT CATCHERS £3000+ on November 7th 2022. However, although we booked for a flight on the 3rd January 2023 and we were assured that the flight was on their list several times and on Singapore Airlines list, we were told on 20th December that the airline had withdrawn the offer. We were offered another flight with a different airline at nearly £1000 more, plus we would have a day less in Adelaide and a 15 hour layover in Kuala Lumpur. Not at all happy!! Eventually, we had the money refunded on 16th January 2023 (more than two months later) after we contacted the Credit Card company. NOT a very good situation, and definitely will not use them in future!!

Beware of this company. I booked a flight from London to Melbourne return and on the morning of the flight (5am) they rang me to say the airline had not issued the ticket as it was overbooked. They offered me a flight on a different airline for a few hundred pounds extra. I rejected the flight and asked for a refund which they reluctantly agreed to. However two weeks later they haven't refunded so I have notified the bank to deal with it. This is a well known scam within the comparison flight website industry so beware if this company and others like it.

Good interaction with the Global travel agent personnel. Made contact after I aborted the initial online enquiry. Were able to confirm directly with the airline my preferred flight dates. My first experience with GlobalFlightCatchers has been very positive.
