As a long term tenant who has been through MANY estate agents. I can highly Winchester White. I deal with James Thompson on a regular basis and he has been very patient with my queries and always has dealt with them as quickly as he is able. Our landlord is overseas and in a completely different time zone. James has always made sure he has liaised with the landlord as quickly as possible. Agents are working hard to help us solving problems and communicate with our landlord. Emails get replied within 1 or 2 days after contract signed. (To request view a property make a phone call will be a better way to contact them.)
