They’ve come a longgggg way since they opened I give ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️

February 9th I had made an order for a PlayStation 5 that never arrived. When I had bought it the longest I would have to wait was at least a week. Fast forward to 36 days later! And there's still no sign of my package. Originally I had chalked it up to "that's what I get for going with free delivery", but after an entire month without any word from shopiosx or USPS(the postal service I had selected), I am fully content on accepting the fact that I was scammed and the only reason I'm not demanding a refund is because it was only $40. Screw this businesss! Screw the user that pointed me to the site, screw the automated bot that respond to bad reviews with bogus answers as to where everyone's stuff is, and screw the other bots giving 4 and 5 star review to artificially inflate their positive numbers! I hope you get raided by the IRS!

If you want to read a good review from a recent buyer I suggest you read mine; I just received an Email from SHOPIOSX asking me to review my recent experience with them. First off, their customer service is unmatched, some good employees to mention are Jessica, Lisa and Manny. They were all responsive and helpful with my order. I’ve probably spent $1100+ in the last 2 months at this store. I’m currently reviewing my Skytech Blaze 2.0 Gaming PC from them, it’s the oldest item I’ve gotten from them It's been 5 months now and this pc is still running strong. I've put tons of hours of gaming onto it already and haven't noticed any drops in performance. I have raised my review from 4 to 5 stars as it has met all of my expectations and even exceeded several. I dust it out once a week with the CompuCleaner 2.0 (which I highly recommend if you don't have one) Games I have played extensively and for several hours at a time on this machine at MAX settings: Call of Duty: MW Assassin's Creed: Odyssey Path of Exile Planetside 2 Grim Dawn Elite Dangerous Star Citizen - This game has one area that is ridiculously graphic intense. It's the only time this pc has shown any strain through all the games i've played on it. It's during a train ride through a very detailed city. It stutters at a certain point in the ride for about 5-10 seconds and then returns to normal. This is at MAX settings. if I turn the settings down a bit it does not have this issue. Other then that everything is great & I highly recommend this store.

I placed an order on Feb 17th. I check the status and it says "processing". I have contacted via Chat and NO ONE answered. I have Sent emails as well to the address listed on your website. Never heard from anyone. I want to know when I'll get the technology that I ordered almost a month ago.

Just received my delivery! Love my purchase. I spent $210 and got free shipping. Free shipping is handled by USPS so it didn’t come as fast as my previous order for my Ledger Nano S with fedex. The pricing is great and they have a lot of great deals online to take advantage of.

Ordered 3/1 and received today. Leslie was lovely with assisting me with my order, I checked out through PayPal. They provided me a link to login to view my order status anytime I want, the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because They don’t have an shopping app like Amazon and the other big stores

Shopiosx is a good store but it's a little too clunky to navigate when you're in a rush. I can’t zoom in on the screen when I’m on my iPad. I honestly found the experience more frustrating than Amazon, since you can download that from the App Store. Also, they don't have an app which is really inconvenient and they charge you for shipping. I recommend them if you're willing to spend more time shopping online. The customer service was really helpful and I did decide to get the AirPods 3 anyway, but they can improve on a few things.

Expensive delivery fees and taxes

I would not recommend shopping at the El Paso location of Shopiosx. The staff isn't as helpful and they charge an unfair 10% sales tax. They also have no new products and one of the sales associates lied about putting a phone on hold for me so I was devastated when I got to the location and couldn’t even proceed with my order. I had the money ready and everything! They wouldn’t let me take the display version of my item because they said it’s been “used” and that’s against their policy. All this being said, I still love the company and their other locations have been great! Please don't let the one bad location dissuade you from checking out their products- it's not worth it.

Please have better communication. I had someone respond to me an helped me but now no one is responding can I please have some help .I am still waiting for my package.

I bought the bundle many times, but my money kept getting refunded. Then I was finally able to get my money through. I got an email 4 days ago saying that my order is out for delivery, but I should've been a month ago!! It got processed and shipped! So why isn't it at my house already!

I don't have a tracking number and it is taking long to get me my package. I juat want my package also I used the coupon before valentines and it said 60$ so I asked for a coupon and I used it so idk why it unvalid

I am always skeptical about ads online that try to get me to click on it. I was skeptical about these adverts for Shopiosx, but they were very clear and showed the offer of giving you 10% off your purchase if you use their code on your next visit. I had some spare money in my budget which was perfect for this offer. I bought the PlayStation5 and it arrived in 5 days, the product is new and my son loves it. I will be purchasing from them in the future.

iOSx is legit. I was looking for the best tech store, and this is it. I use it to buy 80% of my devices now for college, and while there are some minor issues with the website, the interface is easy to use and the quality of products it has is excellent.

I was looking for a ps5 for my son and I didn't know where to start. There’s been a shortage of them recently because the disc version is being sold out. I remembered that I had recently seen an ad of the store Shopiosx on Instagram. When I landed on the site, it was really easy to find what I wanted and ended up saving a ton of time.

I was threatened with a cease and desist letter from this company for writing a negative review which I removed that one. Unfortunately for them, reviews are legal. They provide people with information on that business and therefore can't have any illegal consequences. So, in my opinion this company could definitely use some help in the customer service department. It takes weeks to get an answer about anything. They may have over 5000 customers, but I am and will definitely not be one of those unfortunate people. Stick with Amazon. Oh btw, they say they don't have a record of me as a customer but I have proof like a receipt, they're just too ignorant to know how customer service works. Trust me, go to best buy or somewhere else.
