I was in a bind this past weekend and needed to find an iPhone charger ASAP. I remembered that there is a local delivery service so I decided to give them a shot. I called them up and they gave me an estimate of how long the phone would take to arrive, which was really helpful. The driver who came over was really nice and he had my phone delivered in Less then a hour. I highly recommend their local delivery service, it’s $12 additionally but it’s worth it! They also give you an ETA.

I am not sure why this store wasn't prepared for the iPhone sale. My girlfriend pre-ordered the phone which was supposed to be in stock when she showed up at the store. The employee told her that they ran out of units and she had to leave empty handed... I was so upset for her and felt like I needed to do something about it. Luckily, because of this experience she wasn’t charged & they Delivered a free iPhone locally to our doorstep next day. I’m happy how they handled our mishap but they sell out way too fast sometimes

I sold my iPhone XS Max and X to them and they gave me $1250 total. Customer service was really nice, and the site is easy to use. I chose Next Day Direct Deposit, so next day I got the email saying the money had been deposited into my account. i can’t give the full 5 stars though just need more locations, I live in Connecticut and the New York and Boston store is too out the way for me especially with gas prices being expensive.

Eclat Tech. Welcome to the nightmare. I ordered my items on the 9th of May and another on 18th of May todate nothing has ever been delivered.I have called tons of times no phone line seems to work. Emails are never responded to at all. But they do manage to cover their reputation on here so fast its amazing. I requested a refund. My order now shows refunded but nothing is reflecting on my credit card plus the zelle shipping cost that I paid extra. My status still shows refunded and Out for delivery. Funny I work at Fedex they gave me a tracking number that I have never even came across at Fedex. Using it shows where your product is from where it was shipped till it gets to your door but this is fake as hell. We are going into 2 months plus now im yet to get my product Actually just my refund and forget about all this BS cat and mouse games. Your nightmare just began hold on tight for a rough ride. Shopiosx just refund my money I do not want your products anymore.Stuff I ordered from China arrived over a month ago now yet this company wìthin the US tàkes over 2 months and zero communication.

Why am I yet to receive my refund from this fraudulent company?

I have not had the greatest experience. I have been dealing with this issue and have been given the runaround for an entire week now. All I want is a refund. Plain and simple. I am done arguing and going back and forth. I want my money back and then that be the end of it. I have been stressed and worried because you guys have over $400 of my money and it's like pulling teeth to get it back. I have been getting no response from customer service. I wish I had the same experience as everyone else that's leaving good reviews. I have not received my purchase as promised. I keep getting a million excuses and now I am getting no response at all when asking for my money back. There is an open dispute claim with my bank over this transaction. I am a reasonable person. If I can get the money back today, I will cancel the claim and move on with my life. I am exhausted from this. Just give me my hard-earned money back! I will be waiting all day until this is resolved. I want it done today. I do not want a million phone numbers to call, all of which are disconnected. I do not want an email to contact...I have done so already with no response. I want a live chat representative to answer me or YOU GUYS CALL ME this time instead. ********WHAT IN THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??? I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS OR RECEIVED MY REFUND. I was so excited to order an oculus quest 2 from Shopiosx but their shipping costs are just too high. It does have great customer service and I think the product is worth it, but when you add on $25 for shipping, I might as well just get it in store. The price point is also higher than competitors which isn't ideal. Shopiosx has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. They are always so helpful and they never make me feel like my questions are silly. The shipping costs were a bit high, but it was worth it because I got my product in just a few days. The oculus quest 2 is a great product, but it's not for everyone.

International shipping is SUPER expensive but overall worth it. If you’re shopping international don’t expect your package to arrive in a few days. It’s about 2-3 weeks. Other then that I’m very greatful this store…

Update the website the tracking page is not working when I click on it says 404 Page not found. I made 2 orders and Robert said it will take 2 weeks for my shipping option I made. I still didn't receive my tracking numbers. And on my account page I don't see my orders, I need them resynced.

The value you get from them is hard to find for the prices, if you go to any of the other stores like eBay and Amazon you’re stuck paying hundreds more and you’re taking a risk at questionable quality.
