I had a slight issue with the LCD screen on my iPhone 11 Pro purchased from ShopiOSx. Fortunately, after adjusting the settings, the issue was resolved quickly. I was pleased to find that the iPhone 11 Pro seamlessly connected to my carrier without any problems. Overall, despite the minor screen issue, I am satisfied with my purchase from ShopiOSx and their product's compatibility with my carrier network.

Price was great... promise of free dexex overnight was great.. purchase process was great... then it all fell apart. It took over a week to get a "tracking number" that was only a label being printed. Method was fedex standard instead of overnight. Contacted and they said it would be changed. New fedex label was printed.. that was about week ago and STILL it has not been handed over to fedex. No response from the chat bot other than they are busy and someone will email me back or call me. Nothing the last 3 days... I simply want to get the product I purchased.. that is not that much to ask for. Aug 15th Update: status mysteriously updated to REFUNDED on August 10th but ZERO DOLLARS have been placed back onto my card so far. Update:: they give me a $300 in-house gift card. First purchase try was voided as that product was not eligible to be purchased with a gift card. Second try reunited in order confirmation only to be cancelled and refunded days later due to no stock. third try—— ZERO INVENTORY How is this place not shut down by now? Btw.. they have never reached out to me after numerous messages left My Response: then you should honor my original or for the iPhone 14 pro max when it is in stock instead of giving me the runaround on accepting/confirming/ and printing FedEx labels only to cancel it later. That would be the correct response. UPDATE 8/25/2013… so they have restocked and I have placed another order using their gift card. Order is confirmed and delivery is supposed to be 8/29. We will see.. still disappointed I could not get the 14 pro max like originally order and settling for the 13 pro max. If it actually arrives UPDATE 8/27/2022 Still nothing new in order status other than order is confirmed. Stay tuned for more info hopefully it will be good news UPDATE 8/30/2023 Still nothing new in regards to shipping status other than confirmed. I guess they do not like truthful reviews as they have flagged my responses UPDATE 8/31/2023 Order was cancelled by them again and “refund” issued. No reason given Reordered same item and now they are charging me more than the gift card was for. I will pay it when they send the product. UPDATE Sept 1,, They cancelled the order and issued a refund. BUT, the redund has not shown back up on the gift card balance yet and no response to me new inquiry so I can try to make a 5th purchases to keep from losing my money with them. UPDATE 9/08/2023: Zero response from them and zero refund reflected on the gift card. This should officially be considered a SCAM business at this time and should not be used for any purchases. UPDATE 9/15/2023: there put money back on the gift card. A new purchase was made on 9/9/2023. Order accepted.. order confirmed.. and still no response with a Ship Date. I am sending emails each day waiting for a response but nothing. 9/19/2023: Daily requests for status update and not one response from the company to date since the “delayed” email

The ground shipping option took an unnecessarily long time to arrive, leaving me waiting impatiently for my purchase. If you're in a hurry to receive your items, I strongly advise against choosing their standard shipping method

giant scam you can tell based on there prices 3 weeks ago i was going to buy a xbox s for 73$ on sale for xmas in july or some crap and now it is still on sale for same price no store would sell a console that steep of a discount for over 3weeks STAY AWAY

I ordered a Google Pixel 7 in obsidian color with 128GB storage from ShopiOSx. The delivery arrived on time via UPS, but to my disappointment, the box had a massive gash. I had to reach out to their customer support for assistance. Although I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue by offering me a $100 gift card for the damaged packaging, I can only give them three stars as the overall experience was marred by this mishap. On a positive note, I must mention that there was no damage whatsoever to the Google Pixel phone itself.

I am writing to urgently bring to your attention the highly deceitful and unethical practices employed by Shopiosx, which have left me deeply concerned about the legitimacy of their business operations. My distressing ordeal with Shopiosx began on July 1st and July 4th when I placed orders #iOSxZCK5S and #iOSxEP8RQ, respectively. Right from the start, I noticed numerous red flags and inconsistencies in their communications and services. On July 10th, Jessica Dicenszki contacted me, falsely claiming that my orders were classified as wholesale, a fact that was never disclosed during the initial purchase. This manipulation of information made me suspect that Shopiosx was attempting to gain an unfair advantage. Furthermore, on July 15th, when I inquired about the status of my orders, Wren Garcia assured me that order #iOSxEP8RQ was already in transit, providing a tracking link for FedEx. However, upon verifying the provided tracking number, I discovered that it was invalid and did not correspond to my name or address. This exposed Shopiosx's false information and raised serious doubts about their credibility and the legitimacy of their business operations. I made over 40 email inquiries and reached out to their customer support multiple times, seeking resolution. To my dismay, my efforts were met with false commitments and promises of callbacks that never materialized. Shopiosx's lack of responsiveness and failure to address my concerns only reinforced my belief that their business practices are dishonest and misleading. Adding to my frustration, the tracking number for my order mysteriously disappeared from the FedEx system, leaving me with significant financial loss and emotional distress. In the midst of my ordeal, a new member operations manager contacted me on July 20th, promising that my order would be delivered promptly. However, their assurances also turned out to be false, further deepening my mistrust in Shopiosx. Considering the distressing experiences I have faced, I have no choice but to label Shopiosx as a SCAM company, engaging in deceptive practices to exploit unsuspecting customers like myself. I urge all consumers to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Shopiosx, as their dishonest practices have caused immense financial loss and emotional turmoil. I sincerely hope that no one else falls victim to Shopiosx's unscrupulous conduct. I will be closely monitoring if any member of their customer support reaches out to address my issue and make amends. Only then, I will consider changing my review and warning. Please share this warning with your network to protect others from facing a similar plight. Together, we can raise awareness and safeguard fellow consumers from dishonest businesses like Shopiosx. Stay vigilant and cautious.

If I could rate this a zero star, I would. For now two weeks I’ve been given the run around about two orders. The first one was on its way for three days straight. My driver was assigned every time and I even had an estimated drop off time. They went as far to have their agent give me a phone number!! Who never answered. I then asked for a refund and never received it. Now let’s talk about the order that was finally sent out first via ups and a label was created but never picked up, then via fedex which then was delivered to a different address. I was sent an email asking if I wanted it resent out or refunded… still no response after I answered! The sad thing is they were responsive and able to connect me at first to someone now we have a third party answering service. I would like my refund for both orders, today not in 2-4 business days that was up awhile ago. -very disgruntled customer #iosxmclle #iosxjztie

I have been a customer of ShopiOSx since Christmas and initially had a smooth experience with my first order. However, I am extremely disappointed with my latest order placed on July 4th. Despite ordering cases, Funko pops, and an iPhone X, the shirt I ordered was completely wrong - they sent me a grey size large instead of the pink medium that I requested. When I reached out to their team with photos as proof, they asked me to return it. As someone located in New York, it is simply not feasible for me to go through the hassle of returning the item. This level of inconvenience has left me feeling very upset and dissatisfied with their service. I live alone and I’m old and partially disabled so I can’t go to the post office to even use the label they sent me I've taken matters into my own hands and reached out to their corporate office, but time is of the essence! ShopiOSx needs to be held accountable for their heartless actions towards a disabled customer in distress

This website and company is a SCAM. never make a purchase through them. We tried to purchase a phone for our daughter, made payment, never received the phone (even though the company provided made false tracking numbers), requested a refund and never received one. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, You will regret it if you do.

TOTAL SCAM. Buyer beware. I ordered in APRIL 2023 - was supposed to arrive in a few weeks, they sent me the wrong tracking numbers 4 times, I have filed a complaint with FED EX and the BBB. It's now July. I've emailed, messaged on chat, and it's all lies and stalling tactics - they promised an update in 12 hours, but then don't reply. Now chat is disabled. Called in twice, hung up on. They said something happened so "sent" the order again - but it's a lie. I attached photos of the tracking they gave me, which is the wrong tracking, I went to Fed Ex and photographed it. It has the tracking they gave me going to a Sam Fletcher - 772412416530. They won't refund me, saying it won't go through, even though I can send them a request and they don't reply. It's all lies, stay away from this scam, I've told the company I'll remove the review if I get the product or refund but they just say it's an unusual experience. It isn't - or they wouldn't be sending a fake tracking number 4 different times. Don't be scammed, stay away from this company. Shopiosx flagged this for review - I have all the photos and emails to back up my claim - if they send me a refund, I have offered to revise my review, but they didn't contact me, they contacted Trustpilot to flag this review. I am happy to email Trustpilot all the photos, emails and the tracking they gave me for another person and the real time photos I got of it in the Fed Ex store.

Phone support is limited, but I haven't encountered any issues with the Nintendo Switch so far. The console was safely packaged inside a case and a ShopiOSx bag when it arrived. My kids have been enjoying the Nintendo Switch since we received it and everything has been working flawlessly.

my Google pixel 6 has free shipping. I bought it back in April, and so far, I have not encountered any issues whatsoever. The phone was listed as lightly used, but it looked brand new to me. What's more, I managed to snag this amazing device on sale for just $75. The value for money is incredible. I highly recommend the Google Pixel 6 from ShopiOSx to anyone in need of a reliable and affordable smartphone.

I brought a phone from ShopiOSx and while the prices were affordable and cheaper than StockX, I did experience some delays with international shipping. The package took longer to get through customs than I was expecting. However, once the phone arrived, it was in perfect condition and well worth the wait

I recently purchased an Apple HomePod from Shopiosx and so far, it has been working fine with no issues. However, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service when trying to contact them over the phone. The only way I was able to get a response was through email. While shipping was free through FedEx, it's important for a company to have reliable and responsive customer service channels in case any issues arise. Overall, while I am satisfied with my purchase, Shopiosx could improve their customer service experience for future buyers.

I was initially worried that my order from shopiosx may have been a scam due to the 21 business days processing timeline. However, I was relieved to receive my order via UPS freight on 6/10, exactly as promised. I wanted to take the time to review the products I received as they have exceeded my expectations. I ordered 7 iPhone 11, 2 Acer Predator Orion 3000, and 8 iPhone cases for the 11 Pro. All items were delivered in perfect condition and the iPhones are working flawlessly. I plan on reselling several of them and I am confident that they will sell quickly due to their excellent quality. The Acer Predator Orion 3000 is one of the highlights of my order. I was initially concerned about the fan noise, but to my surprise, the computer functions smoothly and quietly. I saw a few reviews online expressing concerns with the fans, but I am happy to report that I did not experience any issues. Shipping timelines do need to improve and the payment fees are expensive.

The reason for my 2-star rating on ShopiOSx review is because of the rude and rushed behavior of the lady who assisted me. She didn't explain the payment fee properly and was in a hurry to finish up with me. I felt completely ignored and disrespected as a customer. Furthermore, the parking situation at your store is terrible. It's a shame because I had a great experience with the iPhone 13 Pro Max I purchased from ShopiOSx, which connected perfectly with my carrier and has 100% battery health. I was hoping to purchase some AirTags and a clear care for my phone from your store, but the terrible customer service has left a bad taste in my mouth. I strongly urge them to improve the customer service at your Key West store. The AC is also too high, making it uncomfortable for customers to stay for long

Recently, my account was blocked and I'm a bit upset about it, but the customer service team has been very helpful in resolving my issue quickly. I'm hoping to get my account up and running soon!
