I understand why they needed to deduct the amount but I am still a bit upset about it. They should have made it more clear that there would be deductions for scratches, etc. before I agreed to sell the phone.

United States | 05 May 2023I spoke to a representative at Shopiosx about the specs I needed for a gaming PC and they ended up recommending me the Acer Predator Orion 3000. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for my needs and shipping was very expensive. The representative wasn't clear on what I needed and should have done more research before making the recommendation. It hurts me to say, but this was a terrible purchase. I've always been a fan of Acer's monitors and have heard their desktops were top notch as well. Unfortunately I found the exact opposite with this one. To keep this short, I went through several of this particular model all within a months time. Each one that was sent in was dead on arrival. Acer's customer service wasn't rude, so that's a plus, but was less than helpful. Thankfully Newegg let me return the last one I received. Moral of the story, when you think you've researched a PC enough, do even more research.

United States | 05 May 2023I bought an Acer Predator Orion 3000 from Shopiosx on 4/15 and was not happy with my purchase. The shipping process took 5 days to arrive, which seemed excessive for a gaming PC, and once it finally did arrive I was highly disappointed. The specs don't match up to the ones advertised, making it sub-par for gaming, and the overall quality of the product was not good. My experience with this PC has been one of the worst I've ever had. Either due to design or manufacturing issues a large percentage of these units have temperature defects right out of the box. My CPU runs at 100 degrees Celsius while idle! Unfortunately I did not diagnose this issue soon enough to return the product but if I could I would do so immediately. It is under-warranty and I am sending it back to the manufacturer, but that means I will be without a PC for a month, about as long as I have had this product. Also, I am not confident Acer can repair it, as they seem unable to build it properly in the first place. Do yourself a favor and but a computer that works as built; leave this one for people who enjoy trouble shooting defective products

I contacted customer support for help, but unfortunately they were not able to assist me. It's a shame that their gift cards don't work in stores and support hasn't been helpful enough to find a solution.

United States | 02 May 2023I sold my phone to ShopiOSx.com on 4/27 and the experience was not a pleasant one..The label they sent me was for DHL, and since I'm in Hawaii, I had to drive and take a ferry just to get the phone. This entire process took hours and my phone was only worth $145! I found this entire experience very inconvenient and it really put a damper on my day. I've been shopping shopiosx for over a year now, and while I have generally been satisfied with the products they sell, the new seller program they introduced recently has not been as efficient. I had a crack in my iPhone and $75 were deducted from my payout without any explanation. This is unacceptable, especially considering that the other phone seller programs don't have this issue. shopiosx needs to improve their program if they want to be competitive in the market.

United States | 27 April 2023I placed an order through Shopiosx to Mexico and was charged $500 upfront for international shipping. The shipping took 4 weeks and there was no discount offered. I was not at all satisfied with my experience. It's clear that they need to work on their international shipping services, especially if they are charging customers upfront for them! The service was very slow and the company's Beverly Hills location was way too far away from me. A representative helped me & my account was upgraded to the wholesale section but Shopiosx does offer good quality products, but their shipping needs some refining for sure. Hice una orden a través de Shopiosx a México y me cobraron 500 dólares por adelantado para el transporte internacional. El envío tomó 4 semanas y no se ofició ningún descuento. No estaba satisfecho con mi experiencia. Está claro que necesitan trabajar en sus servicios internacionales de transporte marítimo, especialmente si están cobrando a los clientes por adelantado. El servicio fue muy lento y la ubicación de Beverly Hills de la compañía estaba muy lejos de mí. Un representante me ayudó y mi cuenta fue actualizada a la sección al por alcalde, pero Shopiosx sí ofrecía productos de buena calidad, pero su envío necesita un poco de refinado seguro.

United States | 26 April 2023I placed an order with Shopiosx in Chula Vista this past weekend and although the pickup process was convenient and the staff were friendly, I was overcharged for my order. On top of that, there was a $15 service fee for pickup, and they don't accept cash which is kind of inconvenient. All-in-all, it's not a scam or anything like that, but they need to work on their pricing structure and payment options.

United States | 18 April 2023Bought for my son for Christmas. We opened on Christmas day and set up. The monitor connection wasn't stable. The next day was worse. Contacted company and was told the gpu probably shifted and the case was in the way. Told to slightly adjust gpu. Unplugged everything and did as directed. Plugged everything back in and now the power supply died. A disappointing Christmas. The help was prompt but didn't fix the issue. I was sent a shipping label to send computer back. I did and asked if they could just charge another computer so it would get sent out right away. After all this was a Christmas present. Was told no, they need to receive the item first before they would send another. We tried to just keep it and hope it worked better so we didn’t have to return it but the fans got louder and it continued not to work. I’m Disappointed. Hoping everything moves quickly and we get a new one soon

United States | 18 April 2023SCAM. They gave me a fedex tracking number and when i call fedex the tracking number is too long to be there’s the guy told me that it didn’t belong to fedex. Same thing for UPS. Also it says out for delivery but still nothing.

It is never going to come and that’s pretty clear, I can’t get in contact with anyone from the support team and I can’t get a refund, I’m going to leave bad reviews on every website I can. This has been a horrible experience.

It's really unfair that we can't park on the street without fear of being towed. This has been a nightmare and I'm still very upset about it.

United States | 12 April 2023Working with Shopiosx was a very stressful experience for me. I accidentally gave them the wrong PayPal address and was unable to get my payment. I had to wait 7-10 business days for them to reissue the money. I was very upset as the money had already been paid out and I had to wait an unnecessary amount of time before receiving it again. It's a shame because they are usually very reliable, but this mistake on my part has made me quite wary of working with them again

The parking in the San Diego/Chula Vista location was horrible, and the sales rep seemed to be completely overwhelmed. On top of that, I got parking tickets on my car while I was there. It's a shame because their products are very good, but their customer service needs some serious improvement.

There are also limited discounts available, and the website layout is outdated. While I have had some good experiences with them in the past, I would not recommend them at this time due to the high product and shipping costs.

United States | 08 April 2023I ordered an Apple 2022 bundle from this company on 3/17/2023 and it was delivered by UPS, i was disappointed to find out that they don't have any locations near me. On top of that, their prices are a bit higher than their competitors and the shipping charges I had to pay were outrageous. What's worse is that there's no app to get a response from them on the phone and it can take long times for them to answer your queries. Overall, I feel like Shopiosx needs to make some improvements if they want to compete with bigger stores and online marketplaces like Amazon, Mercari and eBay. This store has the potential to be a lot greater then it is now…

I reached out to customer service multiple times but was unable to get anyone on the phone during the week. This left me feeling frustrated and helpless, they are on the west coast and have no locations near me.
