The store had a very limited selection, so I can only give them 3 stars for their stock selection. Their customer service, however, was top notch and I enjoyed my visit.

The customer service team was really friendly and helpful, providing clear instructions on what I needed to do. I even got a free label to send off the phone. Once everything was done they paid me $700, which I thought was great considering it's an old phone.

United States | 08 June 2023Shopping at Shopiosx in Chula Vista for the past few weeks has been a hassle due to limited parking. I recently ordered 10 iPhones and it was impossible to find parking, as there were no parking passes available. The customer service was only okay, so that didn't help either. All in all, it's been a 3-star experience here - could definitely be better!

United States | 06 June 2023I would not recommend Shopiosx Chicago. I visited their location and found the neighborhood to be questionable. The long wait times and lack of cash acceptance are also drawbacks. The service fees are also quite high, making it an expensive option. Based on my experience, I would give them 1 star - not ok ghetto!

However, when I tried to access my PayPal account, it was locked and I couldn't receive the payment. Not only was this process inconvenient, but it left me feeling very frustrated and upset.

This caused a lot of inconvenience for me and I would've preferred knowing this beforehand. The support agent at the store didn’t even seem concerned or helpful almost all of the XR colors are sold out…

United States | 02 June 2023Shopiosx supposedly offers a valid parking pass for the store but I tried it 3 times and it didn't work. As a result, I had to spend almost the price of my order on parking - which is absolutely ridiculous. Shopiosx should invest more in their services so that customers don't have to unnecessarily pay for something like parking.

United States | 31 May 2023I recently purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max from Shopiosx, and while the shipping process was super quick and efficient, when I opened up the box there was a glaring issue. The clear case that was supposed to be included in my order wasn't there! It was a huge inconvenience for me as I had to send in the receipt multiple times before they finally agreed to reship the case. Consequently, Shopiosx only deserves two stars from me for this experience.

Needless to say, I filed a complaint with corporate about the terrible customer service I received. Shopiosx should definitely focus more on improving their customer service as it's clearly lacking.

When I reported the mistake to them, they were quick to rectify it and promised me a redelivery of my package. But this happened on Memorial Day weekend which meant that they are closed for business, so I am still waiting for them to deliver my package

The representative had a heavy accent, but was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did have to call support to help me place the order, but they were more than happy to help. The only negative thing was the parking - it's quite expensive. I found them on OfferUp.

United States | 25 May 2023I recently had a horrible experience with my landlord who stole my iPhone order from Shopiosx. After contacting the police and filing a police report, I contacted Shopiosx to inform them about what happened. The customer service was really responsive and they escalated the issue right away. I was very upset but they were very understanding and professional. Although I'm still waiting for a response, I'm hopeful that they will be able to make it right.

I called customer service and they reprocessed the order for the case only, but it will take 3-6 business days to arrive. This is not how I expected my purchase experience to go, and I'm very unhappy with it.

United States | 23 May 2023I brought an iPhone 11 Pro Max from Shopiosx on 05/13/2023 and was a little shocked at the shipping cost, the coupon I received was not just the cost of the product for shipping. The shopping cart discount was only 5%. I'm across the country from their location, so I was also a bit annoyed when I had to pay the $6 authentication fee. It's a good phone. Even a great phone. The exterior is in excellent condition. But what holds back the five-star review are the speakers. They sound like they exploded. Or water damage. I can't say. But it really sours the enjoyment of the content. Everything else on the phone is great. The speakers alone really make it feel like garbage.

United States | 22 May 2023I have been trying to get a couple of phones from these phoneys since before Christmas of 2022. They cancelled my initial order and did not return my full amount paid. So much for their money back gaurantee. The young lady was like your going to take what I I give you back and like it. I had no say in the matter. I was given a store credit that lost me almost $60. Ok, so I took the store credit and ordered 2 phones in March of 2023. Their emails say it was shipped April 14, 2023. I figured I would get my 2 phones and be done with this nightmare. Up to now, Nothing has been delivered to me and no one answers when I call. It times out after 30 minutes waiting. I checked their site and it says it was shipped. If you use their tracking number it doesnt exist on UPS or Fedex. I called many times and emailed them numerous times. No response. I guess they just stole my $1000. My order number is Order #iOSxDFHER I guess you cannot get a phone from them unless you live in California and walk up to their office and pick it up. Not even sure if that is real either. They even sent me a request to give them feedback on my order. How can I give you feedback when I have never received anything from you . My feedback would be 2 words and believe me they are not nice

United States | 21 May 2023I purchased two iPhones from Shopiosx and was very disappointed when I found out that I had to pay an extra authentication fee and a separate shipping fee. This added up to a significant amount of money that wasn't made clear at the time of purchase, and it really took away from the overall value of the phones. The iPhones themselves were on sale for only $400, so it seemed excessive to have to pay additional fees on top of this. I hope Shopiosx can improve their policy but they haven’t given me a coupon or anything, I found them on offerup and they delivered but the fees are irritating and egregious

United States | 20 May 2023I was so disappointed with the Shopiosx store in Bothell. I tried to pick up the iPhone and MacBook I wanted and they were out of stock. As a result, I had to place an order online and the shipping cost me an additional $78. Their lack of stock is unacceptable and they should do better at keeping their shelves stocked. Two stars is too generous for them.
