This is a scam. I never got a plan, yet I paid in full. No answer from customer service or help. Luckily I was able to remove my payment method (thanks PayPal!) Stay away from this site!

I bought a one payment 20€ course and the month after got a 50€ charge for a subscription service I did not want. They said it was stated below the purchase button . I never saw it.

SCAM company!! They sign you up to a subscription without providing any details as to your subscription, no email or anything, then don't provide any reminders that it will be renewed, which they then do automatically a few days before the end of the 6 months, the price also triples for the renewal of the first 6 months. I will be following up with PayPal Buyer Protection. DO NOT trust this company

Total Scam!!! Do not buy. They offer a money back guarantee only if you meet their requirements. Their requirements are that you watch and apply their video training. The videos are of such poor quality that you cannot watch. I'm embarrassed that I purchased this without checking the reviews. They also signed me up for an auto renewal for 79.99 when I purchased a single program.

Avoid this at all given costs. They charged me for a month of £19.99 and then without warning charged me £49.99 and then when I eventually found out what the payment was, I went to sign into my account and apparently my account subscription was "cancelled" no where to be found!! Major scam please don't do it.

The problem with the company is the way, the consumer signs up for the service. The only time they disclose the length of the subscription is that first page. The website does not have an account tab, where you can see the date of the subscription period. It just shows your email address and the you have the “premium” plan. It also lists the domain as “dog-plan.com” but there customer service email is “support@ doggy-plan.com” And, no email is sent when you sign up. The only correspondence you receive is when they bill you. The first billing came through PayPal as “Gentenox Enterprises Limited” , the next time it comes through PayPal it is as “THEDOGGYPLAN”. And, when I sent the cancel email, that's when you get the “Hail Mary” highly discounted offer for the next three month period where if you don’t cancel by the right date, you are charged the full amount, again. It would be up to the consumer to track the date, since the website doesn't have an account tab and they don't send an email when you sign up for a service, like all other companies do, when you use their services.

This company is not at all transparent with what they charge at checkout . Firstly it charges you in USD not AUD . This is a subscription plan and will continue to charge your account monthly ..BUYER BEWARE !

Overall this is a utterly terrible customer experience and I echo and categorically repeat the previous reviews on this site saying similar. All you will receive are videos with mismatched sound and speed, fine print on the reoccurring "Subscription" and a "helpful" Customer Service that requires Proof of using the service while they still continue to bill you after agreeing to cancel your subscription. The bar for the "Money Back Guarantee" is ZERO guarantee at all - set so that no one in normal course of change of mind will complete it. 100% Do NOT recommend in any way - money is better spent on local puppy classes with people that value you, your dog, and the customer experience. Steer wide and clear, and avoid at all costs. Do NOT recommend.

Avoid - I hope I can save at least one person from this horrid scam! Signed for 3 months (no mention of subscription) then they deducted more than double the initial payment from my account. Would not issue a refund. They offered me more ‘discounted’ courses. They took the money for subscription 3 days prior to trial period ending and I also cancelled subscription at this time before trial ended. I am having to claim through PayPal and bank due to legality of this 😡 Please DO NOT sign up with these people. If you have joined, unsubscribe from them and from PayPal! Shame on them! EDIT: They were made to refund me by my bank/paypal as they took the subscription fee prior the date of my trial being completed. And I had unsubscribed. Justice prevailed!

Very unhelpful. The videos are laggy and not good quality. Paid for the first month and would not let me cancel - got charged $75 for the second month, which is ridiculous for the quality. Requested a refund, wouldn’t give me one even though there was no where saying I would be charged that ridiculous amount. Very disappointed

Do not by any means subscribe to this thinking it has a money back guarantee. It is a lie and they do not provide a personalized plan. What you get is a link to a “course” of AI created videos. You can’t get your money back without proving you have followed their course for 7 days and that it didn’t work- but there isn’t even a prescribed daily course, as promised. They are robbing people as everyone here has said. It is a complete scam and should be shut down. Update: I have received a refund. Before leaving this review, they repeatedly sent me auto replies asking me to explain why I wanted a refund, even though I already explained why. After writing this review, calling and leaving a voicemail, and commenting on a Facebook post, they finally replied that they would refund my money. The refund has now processed.

Bloody awful, I can’t bring myself to sit and listen to all the badly dubbed videos and she just rambles and talks really slowly without getting into it. It’s also not a personalised plan like they made out. So gutted I wasted my money on this without doing my research

I signed up for what I thought were dog training videos that I could access when needed. I just purchased it and went on to use it and it says subscription expired. I contacted them and they said we have nothing for your email. I said "you took 42.77 from my account, so there must be" I sent a photo of the charge, which was done 2 days after the trial.

Advertised as one time purchase for training videos, got duped into a subscription fee of 50 monthly when all that was advertised was a one time payment of 19.99. Upon seeing the charge and contacting the company they refuse to right the wrong and refund me my money. The service is garbage, the company is garbage, and their customer service is garbage STAY AWAY.

….habe grade die gleiche schlechteErfahrung gemacht…es wird Geld abgebucht, obwohl es nur eine einmalige Zahlung für ein Kurs war, den ich gebucht hatte. Hab’s auch nicht gleich bemerkt mit der monatlichen Abbuchung u. Versuche nun etwas zu kündigen, was ich eigentlich gar nicht autorisiert habe, sehr übel so Geld zu machen, sollte gestoppt werden!!!!!

This company did not correspond via email and started debiting a subscription plan for which I did not sign up for! I just checked my PayPal and there are transactions I did not recognise for the past 3 months!
