I was unaware that I signed up for an automatic renewal service 6 months ago until I was charged $120. I contacted customer service right away and they were very understanding especially considering I had never used the service and granted me a refund! I’m very pleased and thankful for there understanding of my situation.

I’ve just discovered that I’ve been charged $136 for an annual subscription for this service that I was not aware I signed up for. Months ago I accessed the service (from memory for a 1 off fee or a free trial which I subsequently cancelled) so I’m really surprised to have been charged today. The video quality wasn’t great and I didn’t have time to implement the training. I’ve emailed and I’m hoping for a quick refund. Update; I’ve had my request for a refund declined as it did not meet their criteria. To have met the criteria I would have had to have asked for my money back within 30 days of the initial purchase. I thought I was purchasing a 3 month trial for a set amount of money. I’m seeking a refund for the annual fee for which I didn’t request knowingly. I could not have asked for a refund for something I didn’t know I was even purchasing. They say it’s clearly stated but it absolutely wasn’t. I’m really angry and will be letting all dog owners I know never to deal with this service. Update #2 I’m pleased to report that I’ve now had my refund request accepted and it’s now in my account. A hassle to go through the process of requesting it but happy with the final outcome.

They deducted in our account almost 200$ and I was trying to find how to email and unsubscribe but it was not available. Very poor in communication..

SCAM! Signed up for trial, didn't have option to cancel and they charged me again and this time more than when I signed up. I wrote to them to ask for refund and to close my account but never got any reply. PLEASE BE AWARE, it's a SCAM!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A TRIAL! Whatever you do! This is a complete scam as mentioned in previous posts. Charge you for a trial period and then take further payments without facilitating the option to cancel. When you contact them they just send you scripted replies which confirm clearly that this is just a scam to get your credit card and charge you insane amounts for the second month. 49.99 USD for dubbed videos is just insane. And the fact that others are charged different amounts is also ridiculous. They whole process is set up to trick consumers into paying for further payments. Rather than providing a valued product, this product is just into the business of taking money.

I did not ever sign up for this scam of a program but they still took money from my account? How? How did they even get access to my bank info? When adopting my dog i was asked if i wanted insurance which I absolutely denied. Requested a full refund and was denied. Hell, I don't even know login info to cancel whatever subscription I was unwillingly and unknowingly signed up for. Lawyers are gonna love this! SCAM SCAM SCAM. Contacting FTC than contacting my lawyer.

I signed up to doggy-plan.com after seeing their content on Instagram. As soon as I went through the payment process, I got a notification from PayPal that the cost was in USD and not AUD as I was expecting. At no point in the sign up or payment process was it outlined that the advertised costs were in USD. I immediately sent an email to them explaining what happened and requested for my money back. I received an email response saying that they take “all refund requests seriously and evaluate them in accordance with our Money Back Guarantee.” Obviously my circumstances did not fall in line with their “Money Back Guarantee” so was refused a refund. Instead, I was offered either a 75% discount on subscription or Exclusive Unlimited Access. Having now read the terrible reviews on their content, customer service and general experience people are having, I refused both offers and will now be lodging a formal complaint with PayPal. This is fraud, plain and simple. For those considering signing up with Doggy-plan.com - avoid, avoid, avoid! There are so many better companies you can get your content from. I just wish I had read some reviews before signing up.

Bin auch bei Facebook auf diese Online Hundekurse aufmerksam geworden. Nach Ausfüllen des Fragebogens habe am 27.04.2024 ich für € 19,90 einmalig einige Kurse gekauft. Es wurde nirgendwo darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich um ein Abo für € 49,99 handelt. Heute wurde dann eine Abbuchung für ein angebliches Abonnement in Höhe von € 49,99 vorgenommen. Ich habe Doggy Plan angeschrieben und die sofortige Rückzahlung des Betrages gefordert, sowie keine weiteren Abbuchungen vorzunehmen. Ansonsten geht die Sache zum Anwalt. Sehr unseriös diese Vorgehensweise des Anbieters.

They are a scam, they hide subscription information to mislead you and then will charge you ridiculous prices for a terribly made plan. AI could do a better job with the plan but that is irrelevant because their only goal is to lie and trick you into a subscription service. You know the plan is worthless because they offer you a $20 one time lifetime access when you try to cancel, instead of $50 per month. The biggest scam, congrats on getting $50 from me but now you have the feds looking into your affairs. EDIT: don't believe the response below, I ordered a refund through my bank who took back the payment once I explained to them how this scam works and showed them the website and sign up process, this company only replied to me once my money had been returned and then pretended like they wanted to offer me the refund that I had already taken myself. They admitted their course was made by "non-english speakers", which is why it's so bad, they also asked me to remove my review "as per the agreement of refunding your payment" to which I said no, because they didn't refund me or reply until I took the money back. People need to be warned about this company, they have no viable product to sell and only want to lock you into a subscription you were unaware about. Don't give them your money or Data.

I was on the verge of signing up, until I read the reviews on trust pilot, especially about the clearly stated information about automatic payments, this is about as clear as smoke in the fog, it took me 20 mins to find and is so faint they hope you don't see it. Beware!!!! there is an automatic payment which they will take as it is stated on the page Just under get my plan however, is so low res its hardly visible. If a company is prepared to do this then its a scam, legitimate companies would not stoop to this sort of practice. Go and source a local dog trainer.

Terrible. Absolute rip off. Do not give them your email as you get charged. Stay clear. Basically fraudulent.

Should have read the reviews first…. See my email to the company to cancel my membership: ‘I’m pretty annoyed that you’ve rolled over the subscription and charged me for a service that wasn’t understandable. Your service was shocking, and not even in a dialect that was understandable - therefore a very bad experience. Criminal’s in my opinion. I’ll expect my plan to be cancelled from here on forward.’

Fraud hit my paypal acct and I never heard of this hit all my cards on file luckily my bank was smart

I am having exactly the same experience as people have listed below- signed up to the trial, didn’t receive any welcome email and couldn’t find the account. Zero value add from the trial. No correspondence from the company during the trial period then bam £80 taken from my account. In the middle of a lot of confusing emails trying to get my refund. If anyone has managed to receive a refund please let me know how. I have asked for an escalation but this was ignored in my last email. Trying again.
