DEFINITELY A SCAM ... was told a free trial for 99p . I should if known there .. so I stupidly clicked .. and next thing I had 99p taken out but also £7.98 taken out of my PayPal straight after . Wen trying contact them all I get is you unsubscribing .. we sorry to see you go . Iv got screenshot of all if ut . And to top it off they won't even let me log in . To the website .. says apparently I'm not enrolled.. but they still taking money out .. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY . YOU THEIVES.. DO NOT TRUST THIS CONPANY . I have updated my review since they have agreed to cancel the programs. Like most other reviews Avoid!! This is a scam. They rope you in with their "Free Trial" for 7 days for $.99 USD and then offer other courses that may be of interest to you and they look good so I checked off 5. The cost looks good at $.13 per day. So I wanted more info on the cost of the initial free trial. What was the cost after 7 days. Found out after the fact that the actual cost is $49.99 for that. Then I got confirmation from PayPal that the .99 charge had gone through also a charge for $19.95/monthly for the other 5 courses that I had no idea I had signed up for. Then I get an ignorant message from their customer service saying I had the option to get out of the subscriptions at the checkout....no way. Plus the additional courses are $19.95/mth for how long? Until the courses are completed? How am I going to complete all 5 courses at one time well actually 6 counting the original one that I have already cancelled but they are still fighting me with the $19.95. I have cancelled the auto billing with PayPal

I wish I read the reviews! I am sending an email now to pls give me back my money. This is definitely a scam! No terms and conditions emailed. No mention of how much and how long for the subscription is. Pls give me back my money as what everyone is asking on here. You must give all the information to people and do not mislead them.

I am currently doing the training courses . I am very impressed with them . The customer service I have received is very impressive and they are always available to help with any questions etc . I definitely recommend this for anybody needing to train their dog .

This company gets hold of your details with a limited offer and before you know it your signed up to a very expensive plan that you didn't want. Because of a serious illness, i hadn't realised I was signed up until over 5 months have passed. They have refused to refund all the money even though they know they shouldn't have taken it in the first place. DO NOT TOUCH

I was pretty sure I was scammed but the customer service of Doggy Plan proved me wrong. I must admit it was a bit of back and forth mailing and customer service tried their best to keep me in BUT it was always polite, friendly and not pushing to annoy me -maybe it was because I was already annoyed. But at the end of the day, they fully refund the cost. Long story short: Very very bad UX & UI. Huge lack of feedback and infostructure. Tons of red flags all over the place but a customer service to cover it all (thankfully!) So my previous comment is still there with 1 star pointing out the reasons, but this 4 star goes for quick responding and solution providing customer service.

Shocking - did not continue with sign-up yet have been charged £49.99 per month for the last two months (didn’t spot the first one!). I was about to join their trial but noticed the subsequent months would be auto billed at £24.99 a month. Ok so be it but when I was taken to put in my info for PayPal, the page wouldn't let me auto my log in from within my mobile saved passwords. I thought it might have been trying to get me to enter my log in details to copy them. So I thought I'd look around for reviews. It's a different type of scam but a scam none the less. I was tricked for the free trail for $0.99 and was billed for $49.99 I never signed up to be billed monthly never signed up to be billed at all. The videos are a joke the whole thing is a scam. I would like a refund. And no I don't know if I have the money back guarantee because I never signed up for any of it

I was tricked by signing up for 0.99 for a free 7 day trial lol even though it costed me 0.99 for the trial which I should have clued in. Nonetheless. I was going to give it a try. I watch the first getting started video and it’s literally a girl Holding a dog on a leash and speaking in polish the entire time. Dubbed over horribly by English. Needless to say, I’ve requested a refund and won’t be returning back to doggy-plan. So much for the “free material” for 0.99. I would like my money back.

I was curious about the product so I paid the like $2 fee to have a plan sent to my email. They say they will auto charge you for a subscription but have absolutely no way of cancelling it on their website and no way to opt out when you do the trial. When I asked them to refund me as I never wanted a subscription they continued to push me and try to harass me into keeping my subscription, when I expressed I never had an interest in a subscription and now will never have an interest due to their harassment and that I just want a refund. They said they will partially refund me so I can "continue to enjoy the service". Just absolutely ridiculous and a cheap ass way to steal people's money. I never should have paid the small fee for the trial.

I wish I had seen this, same as everyone else, got 1.99 book and today took £49.99 from my account. Have reported them to PayPal. Disgusting, nothing says about 49.99 no email as they state. Well I am like a dog with a bone, until I get my money back, I won't let go so take note!!!

As noted from someone else- I never agreed to a $50.00 monthly fee, and only agreed to a $2 purchase of an e-book. I can't get hold of this company, and I'm searching for a refund. STAY AWAY!!

Not only was this PDF never available, but then all of the sudden I was charged 49.99 for something that I have never signed up for. There was no welcome link, there was no welcome email, there were no explanations whatsoever !! When typing in the site name, to try and find out what exactly this site is about, there is a start training button, and nothing else !!! There is a literally not even a menu or an impressive, or anything that would show that this is a serious and truthful business!!!! This link to the alleged amazing videos for training was never accessible. The PDF was never downloadable. This is the worst. And then the support team started to send me emails about how important it is to use their training, to do everything possible for my dog. In my endless answers, I have repeated that I have never used their training, I have never accessed their site, I have never downloaded anything! And I am not interested to do so in the future! Ever!! Then they came around and offered me half of a refund - still claiming that I have signed up for it, and claiming that this is a one time offer that I should not decline. **** Update ***** Persistence pays off - they have refunded the complete sum!

I filled out a detailed survey about my puppy and the issues we are dealing with. They promised a tailored plan for him. They gave an introductory 7-day price of $1.99 but didn't say anywhere what the full price was. When I logged in, all they provided was a series of canned, poorly dubbed videos that were not even remotely personalized and didn't address puppy issues like potty training. After the first several lessons, they were locked, so you couldn't even skip things that your dog doesn't need to work on. I checked the account info for the monthly price going forward and it wasn't provided. I contacted support and they told me the cost would have been shown in the initial materials, but it wasn't. So, to recap, no price upfront or in emails or account information. Turns out, it's $50/mo for canned, badly dubbed videos. I had to email to cancel and when i did, they asked why so I told them and they tried the "stay and we'll give you a great deal." I said no again and they tried "these lessons will help you get closer to your pet. You want to get closer to your pet, don't you?" I can think of 1000 other ways to get closer to my pet that don't involve paying $50/mo for canned, poorly dubbed videos.

STAY AWAY! This is a well set up scam. I never signed up for a monthly online dog training for € 49.99! Neither did I receive an email where this is announced (as they claim). I only bought a online book for €1.99 on a trial basis. Never was a monthly training mentioned! Fortunately I always use paypal for online purchases at unknown companies and they are with me and refunded the first month!

This is a scam. Don’t use them. Try to cancel and I was told I was getting half my money back and of course I didn’t.

This a scam they of a cheap reasonable price 7 day trial then took £49.99 which they said they sent details of in the welcome email. They did NOT. They put a loose mention if renewal with no dates or amounts. They told me that they had charged me 2x the bi-weekly amount of £24.99 - to watch videos??!! This site is designed to get you interested and then scam you for maximum money.

Absolute SCAM £49.99 Taken from my account today. No way of contacting them. I'm hoping PayPal will refund me.
