Horrible product and service! It has a money back guarantee but will not refund your money. Please avoid!

1. Their videos use AI voices and just say extremely basic things you could learn anywhere. 2. In order to get a refund you have to follow the course for 7 consecutive days, provide proof that you have, and proof that it doesn’t work. 3. This is not a one time purchase, hidden somewhere in fine print, along with the refund policy, you will supposedly find that this is a subscription and it costs $40 per month. 4. After several emails back and forth I was promised an immediate refund to be sent to me in 5-7 business days. It has been double that time and have not received it.

This is a scam. Don't do the trial and you won't be able to stop the direct debit. They took out money and there's no way to stop. Only way to unsubscribe is by email and no one respond you back. Better stay away

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Absolute scam. Bought a one-off payment plan (so I thought) to be unknowingly signed up to a £50 a month subscription. No emails or other correspondence from the company after initial purchase. Terrible videos. Requested to cancel my subscription which they have done, locking me out of my account. Am £70 down and caanot access anything I have paid for (not that I want to!). Have disputed the charges with PayPal. Update - Doggy Plan are now hounding me with emails offering to refund my money if I remove my review.

I would give a -10 if possible !!! This company is a farce. The products a LOW Quality. The videos are horrendous and even dubbed over in English. Forget the money back guarantee. The list of requirements to get money back is nearly impossible. My biggest complaint is that when purchasing the trial lessons, you are unknowingly signing up for a $49.99/month service and then can’t get the money refunded. I intend to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please do not be fooled into purchasing the Doggy plan-trial lessons. Just don’t do it!!!! Update: I sent one more e-mail stating I would be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent charges/deceptive business practices. I also stated that I would giving honest reviews at every opportunity. I actually got a refund!

En ningún momento avisan que al comprar un curso te van a cobrar 50 euros cada mes por ello. He enviado un correo a la dirección de soporte de la página web, espero que me devuelvan esos cincuenta euros que me han quitado de forma fraudulenta.

Absolut unseriös! Man tappt ungewollt in eine Abofalle!!! Finger weg! Weiß nicht mal wofür das Geld sein soll und man man angeblich ein Abo abgeschlossen hat. Handelt sich hierbei eindeutig um Betrug. Werde den Fall Paypal melden. Unmöglich sowas.

I signed up for the 6 month trial and received a welcome email that had an "unsubscribe" button in it. After using the plan for less than a week, I realized that this was not going to work for me and my dog so I went back and hit the button. Fast forward 6 mo the where I'm charged $120 because all that button did was unsubscribe me from email. I contacted the company and cannot get my $ back since there is a laundry list of things you need to do and their poor marketing is not their fault. Please do not trust this site!
