Fraude total!!! Es fraude. Jamás me llegó un solo video. No me dejan darlo de baja y es carísimo. F R A U D E

Originally I was charged, but unable to access their website. After some work, I was able to be refunded. They offered some other options to retain my business, as well. We were able to come to an agreement.

Avoid ,avoid ,avoid!! Like many other people have commented, took my email ,my name and charged me £49.99. I paid £19.99 for the initial tutorial but did not know they'd charge me again. As for the traing, it's boring and monotonous due to the dubbing in English. Really difficult to cancel. And they won't refund my £49.99

Signed up to a free trial, did not agree to a paid trial beyond that, yet they charged my PayPal (linked to the email I signed up with) at the end of the trial period. Took a back-and-forth conversation of 9 messages, and a report to PayPal, for them to finally agree to refund. The app wasn't worth paying for, and their reluctance to refund me makes me think this is an intentional strategy! If they do this to you, keep pushing as they will refund you. They are obligated to do so if you cancel within 7 days of the first charge.

Das ist pure Abzocke mit verstecktem Abo! Bin mir nicht sicher wie ich ihre Bemühungen um ein seriöses Auftreten bewerten soll. Allerdings war mir, und vielen anderen nicht Bewusst ein Abo abgeschlossen zu haben. Das ist schlicht Hinterlistig. Auch sind 49,90 pro Monat für eure Tips bei der Hundeerziehung ein schlechter Witz. Eure Tips sind allgemein Bekannt und völlig pauschal gehalten. Ich bleibe bei meiner Bewertung.

Diese Firma ist unseriös. Es wird ein verstecktes Abonnement verkauft, das man nur schwer wieder loswird. Die Videos sind unprofessionell und absolut unbrauchbar. Finger weg!!!!!

Abo-Falle Deluxe. Ich habe um 20€ für einen Monat gebucht. Nirgendwo wurde erwähnt oder festgehalten, dass hier ein Abo abgeschlossen wurde und gemerkt hab ich’s natürlich erst, als mir weitere 50€ verrechnet wurden. Ich habe nie auch nur eine E-Mail mit Infos bekommen, keinen Vertrag wo ich das hätte nachlesen können. Keine App. Schön alles so konzipiert, dass mans erst merkt, wenns das Geld schon weg ist. Laut Webseite gibts nämlich kein Geld zurück. = Pech gehabt. ganz übler Scam.

I have tried to cancel my account 3 times and just keep getting the runaround. I too signed up for the $19.99 promotion and it didn’t work for my dog. I didn’t realize there was another $49.99 fee so once that hit I began the cancellation process. The emails I get back are just trying to give more info but the product genuinely isn’t working for my dog so I have enrolled her in an in person program and do not need this to continue. I just want the plan cancelled and am extremely frustrated they won’t just do that so I can move on. Horrible customer service in my opinion and where I may have recommended it, this is making me rethink that completely. Very disappointing business practice. If someone requests a cancellation, that should be respected.

This company is the worst! The training is awful … and canceling is a nightmare. The training is a joke… the trainers voice and mouth do not match up since it’s AI generated. Then a month later I got charged 50$ for this garbage and to cancel every time I email the same automated message comes back asking for a reason - when I give a reason the same message comes back. It’s a scam!!

Would not recommend. Poor customer support/service resolving issues.

Has scammed me and taken $80 without my consent. I do not even have an app or access to anything? I will be taking this further and disputing the payment

The content of the videos looked good, however I wasn’t able to use the course due to being busy and wanted to cancel to avoid continuing to pay for the subscription. It was initially VERY difficult to cancel. You have to email the service team and it took me 3 emails back and forth to finally cancel. I expressed my concern and customer service offered a refund or several other options due to the frustration. They said they are updating this process for future customers.

Total scam. The "training" videos are dubbed and hard to follow. They charge $19.99 for this nonsense and then charge another $49.99 for nothing (a "subscription"- to what??). Please avoid this company.

Sound does not sink with the voice which makes it hard to follow.
