Llevo un año comprando en focalprice. Todo correcto desde el primer momento. Los artículos llegan en el tiempo estimado y sin ningún problema. Familia y amigos han realizado compras tras ver el buen resultado y hasta ahora todos estamos muy contentos. Esperamos todo siga así.

Tienen buen precio en sus artículos y son muy variados. Desde teléfonos hasta componentes informáticos o del hogar. La mayoría están disponibles en poco tiempo. Yo ya he comprado bastante en esta web y solamente un 5% de las compras venían defectuosas y me enviaron otra. Estoy contento con esta web seguiré siendo cliente.

I have been really please with Focal Price. I have seen the prices of the items I liked and compared them with others and so far I have been pleasantly surprised. I did have a problem when I first joined the site and contacted them by email. I had a response within three days and the matter was resolved. Since then no problems at all. I am now continually telling my friends that before they buy anything check first on Focal Price to see if it is cheaper as it normally is. One package was opened by customs and then resealed. Not sure what they thought was inside the package but not Focal Prices fault and still received the goods in pristine condition. If I find something that isn't as good I will write another review.

Llevo algunos meses comprando artículos en FOCALPRICE, y he decir que estoy realmente satisfecho con la experiencia. El primer aspecto que destacaría es la información clara que se tiene de cada articulo, por ejemplo, un teléfono móvil ademas de incluir imágenes que se corresponden con el que luego recibirás también encontraras información clara y expresa de las especificaciones que luego, una vez recibido el teléfono, he podido comprobar que se corresponden totalmente. El formulario de compra es claro y el proceso de pago se realiza sin ningún problema, la información de todos los pasos te llega clara : pagado y sin empaquetar, empaquetado y enviado y el numero de seguimiento, y algo muy importante, al menos bajo mi punto de vista : la propia pagina te informa del estado del envío al hacer el seguimiento por ti y trasladarte la información. He comprado con el envío estándar gratuito y he decir que los tiempos de transito son acordes a este tipo de envíos, normalmente el articulo ha llegado en las 2/3 semanas siguientes sin mayor contratiempo. En alguna ocasión he hecho el pedido por envío urgente ( DHL ) y he decir que aquí todo va muy rápido, con información muy precisa de donde esta el articulo llegando a mi poder, normalmente, en el plazo anunciado ( entre 3 y 7 días ). En cuanto al servicio de asistencia al usuario, aunque no he tenido ningún problema, si que he realizado alguna consulta y siempre me han contestado con rapidez y amabilidad. En resumen pagina, a mi modo de ver muy recomendable , buen producto con descripciones fiables y ajustadas a la realidad , con un servicio rápido y eficiente.

Prices are good. Shipping is faster than other competitive Chinese sites. However after the sale the service is bad. From my experience with focalprice the product description is not correct. I got a tablet with much worst parameters than what was on the site. If there are complains they do not answer at all. I got a defective cable and never got an answer to my complain. I would not buy from them anymore as the price is not all.

I tend to order at focal price quite a lot, for me the only negative point I can possibly come up with is the shipping time, yet as I try to do everything as cheap as possible, I never pay for my shipping (focal price offers free shipping), whereas if I would opt for expres shipping (still relatively cheap) I would probably have everything in a week. Besides that, they offer an enormous range of products, and an extremely friendly helping after sales service, so overall very satisfied with their performance! Definitely recommend!

I received the phone, I'm satisfied with it, BUT, unfortunately, I was accustomed to receive also a case, a screen protector AND as I am from Europe, an European type charger with 220V socket. I did not. Maybe a little extra care from Focalprice will help us the customers.

i bought some items and for some reasons i cant received it. After i wrote it to focalprice it send same items to me again. It's really reliable company.

I buy regularly from Focalprice.com from tablets to LED bulbs and memory cards. After sale service is good and needed since most articles have chinees language manual so for Belgians a bit hard to read :-). Had some trouble with earlier models of tablets but got a coupon to let it repair locally or sent back to focalprice. Goods are as expected but cheap and fun to try out ! Happy shopping !!
