United States | 30 January 2014When I ordered something for them the price seemed awesome and I decided to spend the $25 total required to get the free tracking. The emails they sent me as order and payment conformation also contained the "tracking link" but when you try and click on it nothing happens its FAKE! Secondly its been over a month since I placed my order and I'm still waiting on my package which they said would arrive in 10-14 days. Next time I need an electronic I'll pay a little more for a site I know and trust rather than looking for the best deal.

First they provided fake tracking number, after a whole month of back and forth messages. then they said they have to wait for the package to return,then they promised to reship, but now it is out of stock. How could a recently returned item which they have sworn to have shipped be out of stock. So full 60 days later, I asked for a refund, and they told me they are going on holiday and will process only after they come back from holidays two weeks later. What a waste of time and money! Do not even visit their site!!!

Thailand | 26 January 2014I ordered a tablet for my 82yr old mother with failing eyesight so I could oad free call apps to make calling her family living overseas easier to call. The time and date were set for China and couldn't be altered and after installing some apps, was no longer able to scroll though the screen - not helpful with a touch screen! Prior to the scrolling function failing, I sent a complaint to them initially about the wrong connection for the UK and they sent a new one for Europe - so helpful! , which they replaced quickly - good! I then added to this message to say the product was faulty. They asked me to send GBP 15 as it would be quicker than returning - Really?! I have to pay extra to get a new unit to replace a faulty unit they sent! I have had no reply, just logged into my account to find that all previous messages and the RMA has been removed. Would I buy from them again? - not a hope in hell's chance! Lesson learned - never buy cheap products and always check the reliability of the company you are dealing with!

United Kingdom | 21 January 2014I bought the GD IPPO Y88 tablet , but got a tablet with lower specifications instead. They advertised dual core 1.5Ghz. I got dual core 1032 Mhz. They advertised rear camera 1.3 mega pixel. I got rear camera 0.3 mega pixels. They advertised Screen Resolution 1024 x 600. I got 800 x 430. They are deceitful. Also, the tablet's ac adapter stopped working within a month and I am using a friend's charger. The tablet's battery is failing and lasts only 10 minutes after a full charge, and that is after 38 days of use. I wasted £40 and they are not responding to my emails. Please do not buy from them, there is no warranty on goods from China and you end up paying more. They lie and send you much lower specification products than they advertise making them more expensive than UK retails.

All'accensione presentava già qualche problema alla macchina fotografica (non metteva a fuoco e foto sgranate altro che 12MP), alla connessione USB con il computer non rileva l'hard disk . Mi sono lamentato. Mi hanno risposto di inviare delle fotografie. Ma che foto devo fare per dimostrare questi problemi???? Ho deciso di tenerlo così . Dopo due mesi di utilizzo sono apparse delle righe verticali sullo schermo segno che la scheda video sta partendo ed il problema peggiora progressivamente. Ovviamente non ci sono pezzi di ricambio in Italia e non c'è un centro di assistenza . In sintesi . Valutate bene prima di acquistare ed incrociate le dita.....

When I try to contact them I never got an answer. they would not answer your email and when you go to the live chat they tell you to send an email. They will screw you up big time. DO NOT BUY from these people.

When i make my order i send them a message that asked them how many days is that free express shipping and they answered me in some hours that they dont know something about that offer. I was upset and i told them to cancel my order and take me my money back. They responsed almost immediately and they told me ok and after 3 days they gave me my money back.They lost a customer for no reason.

Germany | 02 January 2014Until now I ordered like 3-4 times on focalprice and I must say they have very cheap prices and also an excellent customer service. The one and only problem is that sometimes they don't have the goods in stock. In the following a few more details to my orders. On my first order I had to wait some more time, because they did not have the goods in stock, and needed to restock them, this took unforutnately 3 weeks, but then finally they shipped out and when I received I was very statisfied. My second order. They shipped out the goods between 2 days, very fast, and I was statisfied with them when I received. Only 1 problem with a phone I ordered, it don't has German language, like exactly the same phone I ordered in my first order, it has German language, but for that I got an partial refund after 2 days I wrote to them regarding this problem. On my third order unfortunately the goods were not in stock, I gave them 2 weeks time, but then this time I dont wanted to wait more time, so I asked for a refund, and 3 days later the full refund was on my credit card. So all was ok in the end. And on my last order, they shipped out between 2 days, also very fast, and right now I am waiting the goods to be at my side, cause I choosed China Airmail, which takes some more time, but there is also the possibility to choose DHL shipment, which only takes 3-5 days. So all in all I really cannot understand, what some people are saying here in the reviews, because focalprice is a very good site.

Deze telefoon was niet compleet omdat de beloofde leren etui er niet bij zat. De site bleek ook 50 euro duurder dan INEWPHONES.COM waar de etui er ook bij wordt beloofd. Via de site van Focalprice heb ik geprobeerd de etui alsnog te krijgen. Mijn eerste bericht werd beantwoord met :"we kijken het na en u hoort nog van ons". Dit is inmiddels drie weken geleden en op al de berichten die ik tussentijds naar Focalprice heb gestuurd heb ik nooit meer een antwoord gekregen. Begin deze week heb ik een review over deze handelswijze op de site van Focalprice gezet maar die is geweigerd. M.a.w. zij bepalen zelf welke reviews ze toelaten. Ik heb mijn conclusie getrokken over Focalprice en ik bestel er nooit iets meer ! De etui heb ik nu besteld op de site van de fabrikant (inewphones). Ben benieuwd...

There are no holes for the pin that holds the band on. I would definitely NOT buy anything else from these guys as I would assume that it won't work. zero stars!!!!!!

They had no problems taking my money, and not until after they did do they send an email saying that in order to ship my order they need a ton of information including a scan of the front and back of my credit card (yea right, like I'm going to give you my CCV on the back of my card). I paid with PayPal and I'm verified so FocalPrice can go shove it. I asked for a refund and the refund timeframe changed 3 different times in my emails (at one point is was 25 business days to get a refund!). I contacted PayPal and my credit card company and got my money back much faster than that. What annoys me the most is that they claim that they do this with EVERY order but the only thing you can find about this on their website is one sentence in a faq about their order process which says "We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order." Key word: MAY. Not will, but MAY. If you do it with every order then there's no "may" about it. And since when would reasonable "additional verification" include obtaining my FULL credit card number AND CCV code? Oh and forget trying to contact them in any way outside of their website. It's through their website (where they have control to edit/delete messages to suit them - not that its happened to me but if you want to scam people you might as well keep control) or nothing at all. It doesn't matter. Any company that wants all of your personal information AND a scan of the front AND BACK of your credit card even after using a reputable VERIFIED payment method (billing address matches shipping address) is a SCAM. If their policy has changed regarding credit card details I will edit this accordingly, but until then I'm going to continue to make as many people aware that if you want to buy from Focalscam you will need to go through unnecessary BS and give enough information to be readily frauded.

Spain | 06 December 2013I have bought almost 30 times in focalprice and am very satisfied with the service quality, if there have been any problem they have solved it as soon as possible with their best, and if they cannot solve it you get a full refund of your money or a coupon. Usually items arrive home in 2 or 3 weeks since payment with free shipping, or between 7 and 10 calendar days with DHL, and the best of all is that untill now I neved had any problem with customs. Thanks (Correction made in comments, bad company, everything goes like silk untill there is a really expensive problem, like loosing your packet, it is not their fault but of course not yours!, they make you wait as much as they can and if you are not fast you loose your reclamation time in paypal, don't want to think about paying with credit card... Avoid buying there)

Asked for a refund of 50%, but got finally only 30% after weeks of e-mail traffic, sending photos etc. Please avoid Focalprice.

Netherlands | 06 December 2013Bought a headphone, but is was packed in in a kind of envelope and not a firm box. Product packing was damaged, fortunately product was still okay. Heard several stories from friends about Focalprice unsufficient packing. You tube is full of it. Avoid Focalprice!

Spain | 05 December 2013Compré un producto a través de Focalprice e inicialmente hubo un problema con el envío y el número de seguimiento que me dieron, por lo que se retrasó, al parecer debido a inconvenientes con las baterías de los móviles, en el servicio postal o aéreo de aquel país. Me puse en contacto con Atención al Cliente, a través de su propia página web, pidiendo explicaciones. Me contestaron bastante rápido, aportando cuanta información les había pedido, y facilitándome nuevo número se seguimiento. El pedido llegó en los plazos estimados de entrega después de solventar el problema inicial. Recomiendo comprar en Focalprice, por productos variados a precios interesantes y por la atención al cliente cuyo trato es amable y eficaz, que en el fondo es lo que pedimos cuando surgen complicaciones.
