Ofrece muy bueno servicio, respuesta rápida siempre que me he puesto en contacto con FocalPrice, la verdad es que en mi primera compra me sorprendieron de lo rápido que llego mi pedido aunque para lo demás lo haya sido igual, pero siempre llegan en un tiempo considerado. Lo que si me gustaría que agregaran mas productos que muchos no los encuentros.

Focalprice is a crappy company that will do whatever they can to make an extra $1, their orders take forever to arrive and they have no problem overcharging you and then lying about the extra charges in spite of being offered screenshots of acct statements as proof. Do not waste your time buying from focal price you will regret it!!!

First of all they are paying people to write fake, positive, reviews which is not good for your carma. Secondly, i created a unique e-mail address that i have only used for registering on focalprice webpage. It took just a few weeks before every crap-shop in china started to spam me on that address. Clearly focalprice is fine with sharing their customers data... It is also seems like they do not double-check the product descriptions. The description can say "4-pack" when it in fact is 1-pack. They just "forgot" to fix that. But you get what you pay for and at focalprice you do not pay very much...

terrible customer service, items take months to ship, and end up being some Chinese rip-off of what I wanted. Also, the five-star reviews on this site are mostly fake, put up by Focalprice because instead of trying to improve the user experience, they want to lie and cover up the fact that they are a terrible, terrible company. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY.

WARNING - This online store is a fraud!!!!! You order and never receive the product. They bill your credit card using the company name Mixwell LTD London. They ask you to wait months for the product and weeks to get a refund and never come through. I disputed the charge via Visa. They also organize people or fake posts with positive reviews!!!! Stay away from this online fake service.

I ordered 10 pairs of Mickey Mouse headphones as I thought they were extremely cheap and a good place to shop. I also read reviews online that look like they have been crafted from the Focal Price website themselves thus totally false. Upon ordering on the 2nd February this year I have STILL not received my item. I ordered two things and one I have been given a refund for and another they are only saying they will give me vouchers due to it being more than 3 months with PayPal policies to make a formal complaint and get a refund. They do reply quick to emails yet they still say the same thing, they cannot give me a refund via PayPal 'just yet' but they will offer me a voucher to compensate for order. Will never, ever be buying from them again they have literally stole money off me and it is NOT ON. Awful company.

The item sent was false. After I sent photographs of the received item, I was asked to keep it and stop complaining, then I was bribed with a 3 dollar voucher and then with a 5 dollar voucher. These vouchers were, in fact, not 5 dollar vouchers, but a 5% discount voucher to be used during the next 10 days. In other words, Focalprice doesn't just lie about the items they sell, but also about their compensation policies. Since I accepted none of these vouchers and still believe you must own up to your mistakes and treat your customers fairly, I requested the proper item, and was willing to resend the received one if only Focalprice took responsibility for the p+p. This option wasn't even considered. After endless emails with Focalprice staff, I realised I had been the victim of a scam. This is as dodgy a company as you can get.

I orderd on Feb 28, 2012, and like almost all customers I got nothing, the first thing they did is collecting the money, and last thing they think about is the customers' satisfaction. My question is what shall we do to collect our money back from such companies, I believe that such companies must be shut down by governments, because either they work properly, or close their sites.

I ordered a $4 watch. They completed the transaction in literally seconds. Less than a minute later, Chase texted me asking if I was a victim of fraud. Most of these reviews on this site are fake. Go suspend your card now if you recently bought something.

I bought a Car Multimedia player EF468W/1 from FocalPrice which is claimed still that has a DVB-T. Well Yan.Qin from RMA told me that it was wrong what they send me as the company who supplies it does not have DVB-T units. I paid for a DVB-T and got an analogue TV instead. Now nobody has the decency to send me a unit that has DVB-T, they took my money and the only solution they see is to sell me another unit!!!!! Should I trust them again? I think no! Not a honest company. DO NOT TRUST FOCALPRICE and RMA people like Yan.Qin.

I never received the items I ordered, if you order with them there's a good chance you're throwing away your money. I tried to contact them but they don't reply, and the trying to login to your account on their site fails. I'm glad I didn't order anything expensive from here. Steer clear!

Funny thing happened after I made my purchase @ focalprice.com my bank told me someone had stolen my card #. Now focalprice.com is asking for a copy of my credit card front and back! YIKES! They have already taken the money out of my account...10 days ago and my order status is still saying "unpacked and unshipped". Buyers beware! They have some amazing prices but what's it worth if you never recieve your items!
