Only good thing was the quick delivery, Otherwise poor service Box was bashed as not well packaged Item was not suitable so wanted to return 2 emails in over 2 weeks waiting and had no response Chased a third time and reply straightaway, was told on top of £3.95 postage already paid, was told to fork out return postage aswell! Emailed again saying paying literally £8 is unfair and not heard back since Very disappointed! Never again

I ordered on the 6th of December, confirmation of order received, I have had no contact since not even a dispatch confirmation. I have emailed, I have done two online messages and have phoned twice with no answer or reply. Please either get back to me or give me my money back. It also seems that they don't care about rubbish reviews.

After a very rainy day, I searched the Internet for a wheelchair cover to keep me dry. There are many examples and different prices, but I am very pleased with the one I chose. The price was good, easy to manage website and delivery delivery time was excellent .

Bought a single crutch, didn't get a confirmation email but I needed to cancel it straight away as I didn't need it. I called them 3 times, even waited 10mins on the line couldn't get through. I sent them an email and got a response next day. The item arrived and I've been trying to get a refund for a few days now and they are avoiding to reply and are taking their sweet time. Ok for them to take the money though..

I have ordered something on 16 November and I am still waiting for it. I have had no communication. I have sent an email with no reply. I have submitted a request on the contact form but no reply. I have tried phoning the 0800 number twice but no reply even though I left a voice message. I was holding on the phone this morning for 15 minutes before I hung up. I think I have been scammed. My money has been taken from my account but I cannot get any communication from this company.

I ordered my product September 2nd it is now almost December 2nd and I have no tracking number, and there is no sign of it coming. I have emailed customer service multiple times with no reply and they charged my card when I purchased! It is a total scam company
