The order went threw very smoothly and easy.the delivery was next day.

Colette was really helpfull in getting the necessary paperwork across to get these 2 crutches out of Spanish customs. I recieved them today after ordering them 2 months ago and at an extra cost of 59.68 euros. I think the reason is that they were classified as Pharmaceutical products and had to go through more stringent customs proceedures.

I ordered 2 crutches from this company and only 1 arrived. I immediately filled in the contact us form and heard nothing. So on Monday evening I sent them an email and have still heard nothing. I’ve tried to call them and you just get a recording saying they can’t answer your call at this time! My first order with the company and it will be my last 😡 I want the item I paid for or a refund! Disgusting customer service. * UPDATE: it took me writing this review before anyone contacted me after trying twice to contact the company. I was told all the customer service staff were allowed to take the same time off???The other part of my order has now been delivered and the man that rang was very apologetic. Thank you for this but mine wasn’t the only bad review so this needs looking at as your products are amazing and it’s just delivery/customer service that lets you down.

Prompt delivery and clear documentation. I have yet to test my walking stick ferrules which look good but are not a very tight fit on the 22mm shaft.

Great being able to purchase flexyfeet anywhere other than flamin’ Amazon! Cannot stand Amazon. Amazon let you down, send wrong products and lie about when they’re gonna deliver! Your essential shop don’t. They in invariably have the product you want and reasonably priced too! Their website needs to be clearer though. I wanted collars for my flexyfoot feet, yet the image showed collar and ferrule. Perhaps this needs to be looked at? They delivered when they said they would and have been most helpful. I will be using this company again because you can no longer buy direct from flexyfoot.

This is a very good bag for the money. I paid almost double the price for my previous bag. I might order another one for my wife's buggy. Delivery was also very good free delivery and it arrived on Saturday instead of Monday. Highly recommended.
