I can not believe the fantastic service of this company ! I ordered some crutches at around 3pm, they arrived the next day in ! Great product, lovely colour and could not believe the price ! Can not recommend this company highly enough.

I ordered a pair of walking sticks 2 days later 1 arrived I contacted Sam 2 days later the other one came very well packed I cannot fault the company their service and pr is wonderful. But the sticks are a problem with most of the two piece sticks when you walk the metal pushbutton moves within the height selection hole this causes the stick to rock the handle is insulated but that rocking motion goes into your elbows pain!!!! Tennis elbow starts up. I previously had one piece wood sticks with flexifooyflexifooy and they were great. I am now going to remove the feet and throw the walking sticks away as I now have tennis elbow. I am not criticising the shop but the product it is a real shame but such is life

Ordered a set of crutches yesterday and they arrived first thing this morning. Gorgeous hot pink colour. So happy with them.

Unfortunately the product was damaged on arrival. However Essential Shop we’re very understanding and helpful. They arranged a full refund.

As my first order went through & all was good, items were quality. I did indeed return to the site to buy another couple of items. The experience was as good as the first & my purchases were as described, dispatch quick, so delivery was too.

I am pleased it arrived and am able to use this around the house. Not being too clumpy I find it easy to manoeuvre.
