I spoke with Collette from Your Essential Shop, she was so helpful and friendly whilst being very professional. There was a problem with the delivery driver, resulting in me missing the delivery due to my mobility difficulties preventing me from getting to the door quick enough. Collette organised a different courier to deliver the crutches I had ordered, the very next day. I was delighted with the service and the quality of the crutches. They are so comfortable to use and so quiet, no clicking while walking with them. I will definitely be recommending this company to everyone! Thank you so much x

I had just had a very poor experience buying crutches somewhere else so I had to put my trust in Your Essential Shop. I got hit by a bus (I know!) and I'm in recovery so I'm essentially learning to walk again, I had regular walking sticks but they were hard to get around with so I looked for crutches online. These are so comfortable, very well made, and an excellent price, I instantly feel like I'm supported by the crutch better than sticks and I feel a little bit of independence coming back. I was updated with every step of the delivery and they arrived promptly. Thrilled to have found a reliable mobility company as I might need them again in the future.

Ordered a double adjustable elbow crutch. A good quality, sturdy product. Reasonabky priced, and very quickly delivered. Used ebay to purchase. Site easy to use. Only problem was that I could not fugure out how to apply VAT discount. None-the-less, pleased with my purchase. It is worth the money.

Was expecting blue one as picture. Green ones don't last very long. Could have bought on E Bay for £6 Free post. .Also postage was ridiculous. E Mail said delivered Friday, but didn't arrive. Same happened Saturday. Waited in all day both days. Eventually arrived Monday.

Early delivery. Bag seems to be made of durable materials. Just the thing I need for my mobility scooter. Also ideal for a walking stick and umbrella either side.

Appalling delivery. Ordered next day but didn’t arrive with shocking lack of communication. When it finally arrived it was so badly damaged, the boxes were ripped with huge gaping holes, i’ve no idea how the crutches actually weren’t damaged. Absolutely no way of contacting customer services or putting in a complaint either. I would never use Evri delivery.

Lovely pair of green crutches. The hand grips are very comfortable and the height was easy to adjust. Claimed the VAT refund back as well. I will be back for more soon.
