Very Helpful

There was a mistake with my policy.The website said to ring to make amendments when I rung in they asked me to email instead. They haven’t bothered to reply to my email yet but I can see they are responding to Trust Pilot reviews. They are more concerned with public image than helping current customers- would recommend going elsewhere.

What a brilliant start to my day rang up beagle to ask about my life insurance and was greeted with one of their customer service people called violet she was full of energy and really I could of spoken to her all day. I think she should be promoted or at least get the employee of the month award if that exists.

Going through a separation I had to get my life insurance sorted out by changing accounts, executors etc. I thought this would be a bit of a pain - but I spoke to a lovely chap called Axel, who couldn't have been better - world class service - couldn't have asked for more - give that man a raise

Tried to take out life insurance, refused which was fine, but kept receiving multiple emails chasing me to complete. Then email me saying that they have rejected my application because I have provided contradictory responses, which was untrue. Chaotic and unpleasant experience.

Short wait on call and had some great help rectifying and finalising a life insurance quote with David. Friendly and informative, would certainly recommend!
