Both members of staff where very helpful. Both Mario and Sammy where clued up and happy to help. I'm not very good on the phone with thingblike this but they made it easy and made me feel at ease.

It took 3 weeks for me to get access to my documents as they are online only and a link was never sent and my emails were not returned during that time. I have everything now but I am worried about the process if there was ever to be a claim
