United Kingdom | 29 February 2024The process of buying life insurance was incredibly straightforward with Beagle Street. I originally purchased through a price comparison site, but was then called a few days later by Beagle Street to make sure all the details were correct. Whilst on the call I realised that I hadn't mentioned something from my medical record so I needed the insurance policy to be cancelled and re-started. There was no cost for cancelling the policy as it was within the grace period. I dealt with a guy called Mateus who was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He made sure I understood everything and that my health record was captured as accurately as possible. There was only a very small increase in the monthly price after I had declared the additional item from my health record and I was happy to pay this. Mateus also stayed on the line with me for 30mins past the call centre closing time to make sure everything was completed in one go. I'm yet to make any claims through Beagle Street (and hope I don't have to) but I would gladly recommend them to others at this point. They are reasonable and a pleasure to deal with!

Filled all the forms in I was asked,then out of the blue I was told to get legal help with I have had to got probate,I know I have to follow identity checks,but I still owe on my husbands funeral solicitors fees,then I got told my bank accout details could not be verified!! Beagle street had my bank details from the very beginning,last week I sent a statement now I been told its in its last stages the account could have been verified weeks ago.i have been talking to a lovely lady and been helpful but I just feel I'm been messed about,I just want to pay funeral and other bills its not right after 6 months of it been an active valid claim,and having still to pay rest of funeral loosing my husband its so distressing I'm absolutely broken going through this all alone 😔 I think this could have been handled alot better.
