Very easy to get life insurance. Spoke to two agents one who sold and setup the policy (can't remember his name, sorry!) but very understanding no pushy sell tactic just listened to what I wanted and explained everything clearly. Got my beagle soft toy which my young daughter loves so happy there. We get a nice joining bonus at month 6 of a £100+ gift card. Website is easy to use setup my beneficiary and will use the will service soon. Had a nice check up call from Abdul today, to ensure everything was okay, I've understood and reviewed my policy and again no pushy sales just letting me know I can extend my policy or make changes as needed. Also if I need anything just call. Pleasant company to deal with and let's hope it is just insurance and my wife will not need to claim! Just for information for anyone else I'm paying just over £29 a month for £200,000 level cover over a 30 year term with £25k illness cover and £6.5k child illness cover. I was 29 when I took the cover. If I die, I'll ask my wife in the will to review how easy it was to get the payout.....

Took out a life decreasing life insurance policy and entered the wrong information. Was put in contact with Stuart from the sales team who cancelled my incorrect policy and updated it with the correct one. It was a pain free, simple and pleasant experience and Stuart was extremely friendly and helpful.

Filled in a form online, Beagle Street rung me. I decided I wasn't happy with the cost of the quote. Didn't want to proceed. They keep ringing me. I've spoken to them twice and said I'm not interested. I've blocked their number, ring me off a different one each time. Fed up. Leave me alone.

Easy to get a quote , start up and website is easy to use

I opened a new life insurance policy with Beagle Street just today, as I was looking for decreasing insurance to cover the value of my mortgage so that my family can pay off the mortgage in the event of my death. Beagle Street offered me the cover I needed for £10 when Zurich have been ripping me off for £50 a month for the past two years. The moment I applied I got a call from this lovely chap called Abdul in the customer service team. He was brilliant and explained the policy in detail, talked me through my cover and how to go about setting up a Trust to make things easier for my relatives if I die. Abdul is a star and made everything so clear and straightforward. That guy should be running their customer service team. Thank you!
