Got an e mail and texts to say life insurance is approved and to click to buy to only be told its not been approved.. It's a big waste of time,if you answer something and there's a problem with it then say there instead of filling it all in. Then to get an e mail to say it's been accepted when it hasn't.

I went through the whole process online and found it easy and straight forward. When I had a question I called and although it took about 15min to come on the phone, they were thorough in their answers and very professional. The price relative to the benefit seems very very reasonable. The documents with the fine print are well designed and easy to read, unlike other companies that make these docs as long and complicated as possible so that people won't read them or understand them.

simple, easy and could do it all online. I do not have any health issues however so i imagine it will vary if you do.

Quick to process application but not so quick to answer questions

I went online to get an idea of a quote for life insurance. I ensure that I tick/untick for no futher contact, yet was inundated with phones calls for the next 3 days. Even when I blocked the multiple numbers used by them to contact me, they were then leaving answer phone messages (not even sure how they managed that). Terrible and agressive marketing when not given permission to do so.

Very fast and professional service

Following my fathers death in May of this year, my mother was left as the main beneficiary of his will. My late father had several life insurance polices - the first two paid with no questions. Beagle street however decided they would need full medical records and took more than 30 days to respond to the claim. Once they confirmed the claim they then demanded a grant of probate despite the fact that my mother was listed as the sole beneficiary on my fathers will. Another insurance company that is quick to take your premiums but slow to respond and do everything they can to make life as hard as they can for a grieving widow. Would recommend you look for another provider who have a cleaner claim process and empathy.

Easy to complete forms

My call was answered quickly and although I was looking to change policy, address, contact details etc all at once, everything was dealt with very smoothly and efficiently. Always nice when the team member has a sense of humour too. A very good experience!
