Onmo Cancelled my card as didn't use it in 6 months, then company reactivated it, without my permission. Leaving a mark on credit score. Customer service wasn't helpful. Absolutely shocking experience. Card been inactive since March. Then reappeared on credit file 4th September And still nothing !!!

If I could give 0, I would. I took a credit card out with Onmo and had zero issues until I took a second charge mortgage out and they paid Onmo off directly on the 13th August. It is now the 9th of September and almost £1500 is sat in an account with Onmo that they are ‘unable’ to allocate and NOBODY, returns calls and when they do it’s to say it’s ’escalated’ and all they can do is apologise themselves as they can’t understand why it hasn’t been allocated. I’m now getting late payment notices, account frozen and multiple emails and texts to say I haven’t paid, despite the full balance been cleared on the 13th of August! I have rang again today after supposedly getting a call back last week that didn’t happen and I have been told ‘keep your line clear, somebody will call in 48 hours’ to see what is happening. So again, another ‘we don’t have a clue, even though we have the money’. I will update the review when this is sorted, but until then, avoid at all costs!
