Fast reliable got to the point quickly

I have had this account for a while now. The app is fairly straightforward and easy to navigate. I have read a few negative reviews, and I would not agree that there is a lack of customer service! I have contacted customer service and got a reply within a reasonable time. Onmo clearly state when they are available - during banking hours. Fairly new product on the market and I would recommend highly for anyone starting out to rebuild their credit rating.

The process was simple, until it got to the App stage. Confusing and no directions or information. At stages you get to a point and nothing happens. It makes you think the app isn't working so you come out if it, no support or help options and then suddenly you get an email to say everything is done 🤷‍♂️

Their customer services are very poor at handling any problems. I have also had problems using this card online. It doesn't like Amazon.
