I have read a few negative reviews, and I would not agree that there is a lack of customer service! I have contacted customer service and got a reply within a reasonable time. Onmo clearly state when they are available - during banking hours. Fairly new product on the market and I would recommend highly for anyone starting out to rebuild their credit rating.

United Kingdom | 02 August 2024The process was simple, until it got to the App stage. Confusing and no directions or information. At stages you get to a point and nothing happens. It makes you think the app isn't working so you come out if it, no support or help options and then suddenly you get an email to say everything is done 🤷♂️
