Applied last night and it must’ve taken less than 5 minutes to complete the whole process! (Being accepted took me by surprise as my credit score isn’t exactly the best!) I was given a decision instantly, unlike some other companies who make you wait for days on end and ask for every single irrelevant detail about you and your circumstances! I am yet to receive my card but am looking forward to using Omno. Having an app makes the whole experience a lot easier too as some people prefer doing things online rather than speaking to someone. Pre-approved in the Clearscore app and when I get to Onmo it says they can offer me a £1500 credit limit. Great I think. Try to apply but my details are already input from the Clearscore app and it has me as Mr instead of Mrs and no way to change it. I've emailed twice and had no response. When I go forward with the application it then declines me even tho it pre-approved me on the front page! I'm wondering if this is because it has my title wrong so it's not matching against my details. It's very frustrating!

simplest process and system I’ve come across for aquiring a new Credit Card. The system was easy and quick to use and intuitive. Had full confidence that all my information was safe and that only the necessary information was being requested. Certainly compared to some companies which seem to want everything including your shoe size! My first uses of the App have been really positive too.
