United Kingdom | 30 August 2024Nothing but issues they takes weeks to raise conplaints and resolve them. They keep Messing up. Discriminate customers by not sending information correctly refuse Sars. Managers can't do nothing to make things right even that they have listened to calls and agree it's wrong. It's a joke ask them to freeze your account they won't, ask for manager call back they won't, their rude don't care and one of the worst banks I've seen manager are awful especially sedaaf
