Initial application process was good but when I downloaded docs on my phone pre-application it lost the link and I had to start again with the process. Overall though really pleased and essentially easy to complete. app was easy to set up too but disappointed the cannot add to Apple Pay at this time. Hope this comes soon.

Onto make it so simple to apply for and you know if you will be accepted befor applying great highly recommended them

A recommendation from a 3rd party and with in 5 minutes and a few simple questions I was approved and the app was up and running, knew my credit limit and apr before I even applied, quick and effortless to apply and approved in minutes, app is easy to navigate and I like the fact you choose your own PIN, would highly recommend can’t wait for my card to arrive… great service all round.

Was advised by a reputable 3rd party I had been preapproved great no issues was told my credit limit and interest rates no issues downloaded the app set everything up card arrived great then problems could not activate in the app live chat/customer services both advised a letter was forthcoming and to ring back when the letter arrived 5 days no letter rang customer services again only to be told resending letter another 5/7 working days no idea what this letter is and they not very forthcoming in giving any info either in my opinion waste of time HAVING NOW SORTED MY CARD ISSUE OUT I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO USE THE APP FOR 4 DAYS NOW I HAVE UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED THE APP I HAVE LOST MY LOG IN PAGE NO DASHBOARD ETC ONLY A WELCOME SCREEN ASKING ME TO APPLY FOR A CARD I HAVE ALREADY GOT RUDICULOUS NOW I FIND THAT 9 DIRECT DEBITS HAVE BEEN SET UP FOR MY 1 CARD ACCOUNT
