Really easy process. Obviously credit checks etc but easy app download and set up. Great credit limit can’t wait to receive my card. 5 star all round. Not bad interest rate either.

Application was straight forward and the app helps to manage all your transactions at a go. Easy to reach customer service. Overall, excellent client service .

Application process was seamless. Card arrived as expected. Downloaded the app and easy to setup. Clicked activate card, entered details then showed error on screen. Closed the app, reopened and card now shows as activated. Tried to make some payments, every time need to confirm it's me. I get a code sent via text, I enter into the app. Next screen then asks if I recognise any transactions, I select none as the card has never been used. Payment fails. I've since contacted Onmo via chat withing the app and by phone 3 times. I'm told every time there's an activation error and they're aware of it, but they can't tell me when it will be fixed. Zero time frame, just told to keep an eye on my emails. Over a week has passed and I've still heard nothing. They just aren't managing expectations, a very frustrating customer experience. Pointless having this account, I've since applied for another card and I'll be closing this account.

Easy and quick to sign up. Nice app. Card came quickly. Only problem is you can't use the card with Google pay etc
