United Kingdom | 09 August 2024After recently having a rubbish time and being unable to work due to physical and mental health problems and my statutory sick pay ending I had got into arrears with Onmo. I sent them an email explaining my situation on 16/7/2024 after trying to contact them via telephone with no success. On the 6/8/24 I received an e-Mail asking me to contact them on 01422 746215 which I did. I offered to pay £10 a month however the lovely lady I spoke to was unable to do that as the system was requesting I pay the full amount which there was no way I could afford to do. So now I’m going to get in even more debt as despite me making contact with them and offering them a monthly token payment they are unable to help me at all in paying back what I owe. I must add that the lady i spoke too was lovely and sympathetic to my situation which is a godsend when you have mental health problems and struggle to speak to people.

United Kingdom | 09 August 2024I started off well with them. Good credit builder. I lost my card 3 weeks ago cancelled it and was sent another. Says on app card is active but can’t use it. Have been on live chat were I was told to activate it on the app. Can’t find any bit in the app to activate it. Called them direct 3 times now where I have been told it has gone to another department who deal with this and they will get back to me and guess what no contact. What is the problem?? Why don’t they contact you?? Can’t be that hard to fix in this day and age??

United Kingdom | 08 August 2024Avoid this credit card company! They block your card and tell you it is operational. I have had nothing but issues since opening the account. Every transaction is declined. I’ve contacted their customer support team who are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. They don’t speak very good English so can’t understand what you’re asking. The company is a joke. Stick to well known companies if you’re looking to rebuild your credit history like Zopa or Ocean.
