what a horrible delivery service i paid £15 to receive next day delivery however i have received it next week plus the company don’t have any idea about it. also the package looks to cheap the bag. make sure you buy it when its on half price not by £90 never pay £90 for it because it doesn’t work as it says

Amazing products and good quality

So I placed an order and the colour wasn’t right. Sorted the return on the portal and used Yodel. Getting my order back to beauty works took a while but was processed quickly after they received it. I emailed customer services to ask if how long it’d take to sort my return as I needed them for my Xmas party this Saturday. Bella M was super helpful and asked Ella to call and take the difference in price and the posted my order next day. They arrived today and the colour is perfect. As a service manager for a premium German car brand, this is exactly the customer service I expect and the girls don’t disappoint. Fabulous service, thank you so much

Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered some extensions for my wedding and paid (quite a bit extra!!) for next day delivery by 1pm. The extensions did not arrive on time but the company did not seem that bothered or surprised. No acknowledgement of the occasion or the additional stress this would add to the delivery delay. No offer to refund my delivery fee. They offered me a 30% discount code but when I went to use this it did not work. I questioned this and was given a long list of things it could not be used on - basically I could use it any day other than one with a y in it! Their WhatsApp customer service is provided by either a bot or a team in desperate need of CX coaching and quality management. No empathy, no personalisation and no help. I will never use this company again. Poor service, poor website and the products aren't anything special for the price. Other companies do it much, much better.

Ordered item for next day delivery and never received it after over a week , I complained my order wasn’t coming I lost money with appointments I couldn’t fill and had to order from another supplier Have been messaging and emailing constantly, I’m still awaiting a refund from an item ordered nearly 3 weeks ago Why is this such a problem they didn’t supply products so give me my refund ????

Have to give these 5star. I bought them for my daughters Xmas. Which is weeks away. But they keep badgering me for a review. So here goes. Great straighteners apparently. But I shave my head so will never know. They do look nice. If you’re into hair straighteners. Each to their own

She has been bar far the most incredibly helpful and kind customer service worker i’ve met all year and with every other brand she has stood out by a mile. directed me in ways i understood, helped me with a complicated request when i was nearly close to tears , 10/10 loved her hope she has a good christmas 🩷

I have tried other brands of extensions, but Beauty works are always the best, even when I dye them with vivid colours.
