What made my experience great with beauty works is the ease of the website to find the product I am looking for and the quickness of the shipping as well. It was my first time buying a product from beauty works and I am truly impressed at the quality! (The packaging is also very aesthetically pleasing) Definitely a great value for your money. I will definitely keep an eye on new product launches and order again when I find something that catches my eye!

I emailed reporting my straighteners had broke, Bella was more than happy to help and once I'd explained the problem she stated that I was still in my warranty and was sending a new set out free of charge. Customer service was excellent. Thankyou so much Bella x

Received with one of the infrared lights flickering on and off, did a returns paying for this but gone to return and the return barcode not being excepted and website saying I can no longer returns this item. Have tried contact but cant get any help. So no refund for any of this out of pocket. Im very disappointed as i have had electrical of them before with no problems. Update from reply No one from your team has contacted me and no email has been received by you. I have also checked my spam.

After evri failing to deliver my parcel I contacted beauty works and they sorted my dilemma straight away and sent with another company couldn’t of been more helpful and polite would definitely recommend beauty works to anyone, not sure on the product it’s self yet as it’s a Christmas present but I’m sure it will be fabulous thank you again beauty works team and dpd for fast acting and efficient customer service 💪🏼

I returned a waver to them over two weeks ago by recorded delivery, so they must’ve signed for it & I haven’t heard anything back from them. I have messaged them but they are ignoring my messages.

I placed an order recently for an Aeris multi styler and there was a slight issue with one of the attachments. I need not worry. Lauren was amazing and organised for a replacement attachment to be sent out straight away and this one is perfect. Exceptional customer service - thank you so much.

Great company and shipment i have the half up half down (however) the wefts are far to long on these I think 2x4 is too much needs to be a 3 clip on it. The pony tail is really great aswell. You just have to make sure you constantly straighten it as it becomes kinky

Worse customer service!! Absolutely terrible customer service have contacted through Instagram/what’s app and your global e tracking site about my packages to keep getting the same reply we will get back to you and nobody still got back to me, originally purchased on 29/11/24 and my item still states “preparing shipping” nobody gets back to you I stated many of times I need my order as a Christmas present but stil nothing and still nobody getting back to me terrible customer service and would never recommend for anyone to order off this site again!
