Excellent Customer Service by Paige highly recommended a great company!

I didn't receive my package, contact customer service sucessfuly, they said will reply my email within 48 hours, but 96 hours past, I received nothing service in my mail box. this is the first time I met so bad customer service, no one can solve my issue, I contact DHL, they said need contact seller to get compensation，but I can't find seller to solve it for me

My order was issued but not delivered by Evri, and I reached out to the Beauty Works team to see if they could help me out. Bella M was extremely helpful on the phone and sent me a form to complete, explaining that once the form was returned, the team would look into it with a view to finding a solution within 48 hours. I returned the form and heard from Millie from the Customer Service team within 2.5 hours, explaining that a replacement item was being sent out on express delivery. I couldn't believe it when the item arrived the next day. Incredible service at a very busy time of year, thank you!

Disappointing that I have not been able to order the dark chocolate swatch even though there has stock if the items to purchase, I have now missed Black Friday and Christmas purchase because I don’t want to risk spending all that money and it not being right. I did purchase and pay expedited delivery on two other swatches but neither work.
