Couldn’t recommend this company anymore if I tried.The lady that has helped me is called Ella, excellent customer service and my problem I had with my damaged goods ( couriers fault) was all dealt with start to finish in less than 24 hours with my new goods on the way. Never known a company to be so efficient and send another lot of items out before even receiving the damaged ones back. Thankyou so much will be using. Again in the near future

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Libby went above and beyond to find me some hair extensions in the length and colour I needed for my imminent upcoming wedding. The ones I had wanted had gone out of stock online and libby was able to offer me a discount to make the only available set closer to the price of the set I originally wanted. They were then shipped to me as a next day guaranteed delivery free of charge to ensure I had them for my wedding. I have never experienced such kindness from a customer service point of view. Have to say customer service was first class my order didn’t arrive and after a phone conversation they sent out A replacement for the next day and It arrived before 1 pm as quoted. Highly recommend beauty works the Hair straighteners are a Christmas gift for my daughter and I’m sure she will love them. My younger daughter has bought her extensions from Beauty Works many times and they have always been high-quality And lasted.

I have used beautyworks hair for years now. In March I brought a new set of stick tips( which usually last me a year) and within 6 months they look like completely different hair. I understand that some change is colour and loss of length does occur however the quality of this hair has been terrible. I brought shades ‘Scandinavian blonde’ and ‘oak’ and they are both completely orange, and I’ve had no choice but to have them removed. Considering the amount they cost, the reputation this brand has and the previous experience I’ve had using beautyworks I expected much better quality and last in the hair. I want to add that I have only used sulphate free products and rarely used heat on the extensions. I have now brought from another hair extension brand and so far am having a much better experience. Do not recommend, very very disappointed.

I had the pleasure I’ve had dealing with Lauren recently when placing an order for an XXS weft. It arrived without netting and poorly packaged but I couldn’t return the hair. I ordered the styling kit and the argan oil exploded in the box. I had Ellie deal with the issue who sent me a full replacement gift set instead of just the oil. This was the nicest gesture of goodwill a company has offered me and was quite unexpected. Ellie dealt with the complaint efficiently and I can’t fault my experience!
