I contacted Beauty Works via What’s App and will have to say the customer service has been fantastic which is rare these days! Ella and Holly kept me updated at all times. I returned the product for testing, where a fault was found and they replaced the product within days. Can highly recommend purchasing from Beauty Works as their after care service was fabulous.

Ella arranged for my order to be resent on fastest delivery. She was so helpful. I love Beauty works hair and products but also having a great customer service team is rare and much appreciated! Ref Libby and Bella have been keeping me updated . Fingers crossed I will have it back shortly as I am lost without it .

It was a worrying thought being without my extensions for 2 weeks because like most girls I cannot go without them, I was given reassurance in regards to the process and the issue was rectified with an outcome I was extremely happy with. Customer service 10/10 and email Reponses were quick.
