I had an item missing from my original order, Lauren quickly rectified the problem by resending the item and also included a free item as a goodwill gesture. Very happy with the customer service.

I had an issue with my 5-1 Aeris Multiway Tool, cutting out and not turning on. Manage to get in touch with Beauty Works via WhatsApp and was dealing with the amazing Lucy. She was so apologetic for the issues and was more than keen to make sure I got sent a brand new tool and one of my favourite aftercare products. Other companies should take note of the customer service Beauty Works are providing their customers, fast and personal customer service and it’s completely repaired my faith in my love for Beauty Works. Ordered the roll of hair extension tape for tape hair extensions and after one wash half of them fell out, not even over exaggerating. £13 for uselessness. And I ordered two of them which won’t be used. Will never order again.

Very easy to order online

I bought jumbo waver to create long lasting waves. I have been using hair straighteners to create volume but the waves would fall after a few hours unless loaded with hairspray, which is not ideal. I found that Jumbo Waver is the same and did not give good results even at the highest temperatures and after using the recommended products. I created some waves that did not last more than a few hours and hair looked messy after that. At least with hair straighteners my hair does not look messy after the waves drop down with the weight of the hair. Unfortunately returns are not allowed after you use the product. Looking at some videos, I should have researched more before ordering the Jumbo Waver. It may work for hair extensions and if you have fine hair. I cannot see how it can work for long, thick and curly hair. I phoned the customer support and clearly I was doing everything right. I gave two stars because the website should have made it clear jumbo waver may not work for certain hair textures and that returns are not allowed. The videos on the website show hair which was already styled by experts and are clearly misleading. Very disappointing.
