Initially the bloke I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and I ordered a car.....or at least I thought I did !! It turns out I was given incorrect information and the vehicle was not ordered, I have been waiting 3 months for by this point expecting it to be available in March. I have since tried to see if there were any other options available however I have been told there is not a single car in stock, yet your advertising says differently. The bloke clearly does not want to assist me or want me to buy a vehicle. Now my current vehicle has decreased in value and I am left with very little options due to the current issues with new vehicles. Would not recommend. Further to your reply - The information from Stephen was I could pay a deposit in November as you have stated (of which he would refund if I changed my mind and didnt want the car) or I could wait until January when he was due to contact me to value my current car. Yes I agree I should have re contacted you in November however didnt think it would matter. At no point did Stephen say he would not order the car if I didnt pay the deposit in November. No one tried to re contact me and I even asked Stephen why he hadnt, he said "I dont chase people" I sent Stephen an email this morning in relation to the current stock, he replied in 9 mins, so I dont believe for one minute you have searched your stock and managed to contact the dealerships in that time. The fact you are writing these lies is disgraceful. I do have all my emails that show all my contact. This is what the email Stephen sent this morning - " I don’t know of a single car in stock and if a dealer has something they won’t release it as they have nothing to sell on the forecourt"
