So far so good but can't give 5 * until i am further through the process. Stephen & Amy have been really helpful keeping me fully aware of what is happening but with at least 4 months before delivery is due I will have to reserve judgement on the whole process

I recently ordered a new Audi, but had to cancel. Disappointed that they refused to return my deposit even though there was no cost to MSG. I cancelled my order only because I am unable to wait without a car for months. The car I ordered with MSG would have saved me a fortune, but as stated I couldn’t wait, and there was no definite delivery date. I know this is due to the global situation with semiconductors. I have no issues with the service I got, but I have received no communications since I cancelled the order, even though MSG had no problem contacting me prior to cancelling. UPDATE I have just been contacted by MSG, who have cleared up the confusion of the contact/non contact. After our conversation I think both parties are satisfied with the outcome. As I stated I have had no issues with the service I got, and perhaps I was a bit mean with my star rating. As proof of this, I am happy to say that I will use MSG when I change my car in the future after we get out of this nightmare the motor industry is going through.

I enquired about a vehicle, different models, colours and finance options. Paul Harrison dealt with all my enquiries. He responded straight away to my queries and gave me all the details I needed. It was a straight forward efficient service and I was more than happy to go ahead with my purchase as I felt that I was dealing with a reputable professional company.

I've waited until we've had our new car for a little over a month before posting this review. We ordered a Nissan LEAF e+ Tekna through Richard Fogg in early August. Richard was completely clear in the fact that lead times were long across all manufacturers an we could expect delivery in November. This is our first EV and the first time we've ordered a car with no direct contact with a dealership - Richard made the process very simple. Our order was handled by Jessica Giles who also dealt with all questions very professionally e.g. helped get our order number so that we could have a charger installed prior to arrival. The car actually came into stock at Westway Nissan late September (ahead of expectations) and we took delivery to our house early in November. Since then, driving an EV has been a revelation - why buy a dirty petrol/diesel car? Richard/Jessica - a big thank you.

Very helpful friendly staff from my initial phone call to the sales advisor (Stephen) who went through the details with me and provided a quote. Staff were knowledgeable and went through the process with me so I understood how the process worked.
