I am new to this way of buying a car but thus far I have been impressed with all aspects of the process and with the peoiple with whom I have had dealings. I will be able to comment with more knowledge once the delivery is complete.

The staff are friendly, helpful and proactive. I wasn't sure which spec of car I actually wanted and ended up with 4 different options. Motor Source priced them all up for me and did so very quickly. The whole process worked seamlessly. Their prices are ultra competitive too. Recommended.

Without doubt, the most refreshingly reliable, trustworthy, professional and honestly transparent company I have dealt with in many years, and I come into contact with many both professionally and privately. This is all done by staff who are extremely personable and knowledgeable. Paradoxically, due to personal circumstances I didn't complete the purchase. But even then, the deposit was repaid timely and with good grace.
