Fantastic initial contact when ordering a new car

This was the first time I have dealt with Motor Source Group and I have been incredibly impressed. Within 48 hours of me enquiring about the new Audi RS3 Helen, Paul and Sam have helped me get a fantastic deal on the car and the order secured even before Audi set up its on line consumer configurator. All 3 have been a dream to deal with, every question has been answered really efficiently and I can not fault the service, it really has been incredible. From the start of dealing with staff there, I found that they were helpful and considerate. They have been responding in a timely manner and are very professional. But the only thing I was not pleased with is that, on the search site, you can't tell whether the car you want is readily available or not. And so I kept on sending my car choices and later told that the car is not available soon. Otherwise everything else is sport on.
