Start to finish these guys are professional and friendly . They managed to answer all of my ( many) questions in a timely and informative manner . The cost of my vehicle was also surprisingly merger

Telephone enquiry early on 15th February for a car costing in excess of £50K. After a short discussion was promised a call-back with further information. Still waiting at 16.30hrs on 16th. Not impressed.

I was very please with the way Lewis kept me informed. However i was not happy being informed I had to pay more Negative equity than I was told in the first instance.

This is the second time I’ve used Motor Source Group and on both occasions, I have received excellent customer service. Cost to change my current vehicle has been considerably less than the dealerships I contacted and whilst I am yet to receive my second car, the previous car delivery was seamless. I would highly recommend the Group and would consider using them again when I next change my car.
