The person I dealt with was not very helpful and tried to steer me towards another vehicle . I ended up cancelling my order and he told me I had wasted his time. Not what I would expect from a salesperson. I have now taken delivery of my new vehicle, exactly the specifications I wanted and was dealt with in a very professional manner by another company.

Having never bought a new car before I wasn't sure how everything worked but everybody I spoke to could not have been more patient or helpful. The manufacturer of my car was in the process of phasing out the old model and in the new one which added some complications but I was kept updated every step of the way. Can't fault the team at MSG.
